BHG Financial review: Unlawful practices

I thought it was odd that my loan was not on my credit report, I was looking to see how much more I owed. I reached out to the company because I never received a copy of my application, and I wanted one and I wanted to know what my payoff was after paying 1,130.00 for 9 months. My payoff is exactly what I borrowed, my application says it is a promissory note, I did NOT agree to a promissory note! I looked at laws about limits to what companies can charge on interest rates and my loan is above what Florida laws allow. But when they sent me my application it noted a bank in DE I did not know that either. A representative called and left me a message and conveniently I have returned Mr. Chris Turner's call and the number left goes straight to voicemail. The complaints on here are frightening. BUYER BE WARE SCAM. Anyone have the name of a good lawyer?
