Beware of buying flats!!!!

Shraddha Associate ( also called bhandari associate) which is formed by rikab bhandari , promod dhadiwal and shantaram barde they had some 4 to 5 projects in PCMC area.

all of them ensure to give there customers bad quality construction , worst plumbing work all there projects facing leakage problem.

out of these three partner rikab bahnadri is the only genuine person rest two are chindi chor even they don't have manners to talk with customer they will literally let you cry after buying flat at there project.

currently they are active in shahu nagar area some key and fraud person associate with project are ramesh , dhanesh dhadiwal ( the worst person ).

so i request do not buy flat at there schemes.
