BH Management Services review: maintenance

my name is nathania Diana bell and i am 72 years 100% disabled veteran. I have allot complaint regarding your bh property management team.
repairs are not made in a timely manner:
For non-life-threatening habitability issues, you must deliver a written notice detailing the defects. The landlord has 14 days to remedy the issue.

2.I have been requesting for the following: frig leaks water since you bh took over , blind replace replacements since april, hot water goes out at least once a month: carpets have never been cleaned since I have been here 2 years; mold in bathroom, calking need to be done. no matter what we do cant get rid of roaches, they cause people with asthma, copd and other lung problem to have attacks. I have a high allergic reaction to them. been tested.
3. there is only 2 people working in maintenance and also doing yard work.
4. bh worried about outside of apartments but not taking care of the inside.

my rent is suppose to be 1774.00 and by the time the add the fees its [protected].00.
