I took my 2003 Subaru to a busisness named Beyound Repair (4319 Rucker ave Everett, Washington 98203). I had an oil leak that was leaving a noticeable spot in my driveway and at friends that I visited. When I took it to Beyound Repair and left to for a day they told me I needed work on the rack and pinion and a new head gasket to fix the leaking. I also told them the emergency break didn't hold. They took it info a couple of days and let me know they were done and I could pick it up. When I got there they told me that they did the repairs to the rack and pinion but needed an other time when I could leave it for a longer time to replace the head gasket and they would contact me when they had an opening. I got tired of waiting and took it to Xtream auto. They asked why I needed the head gasket repaired? Is it losing compression, is exhaust mixing with the radiator fluids. I said no to both. They put it up on the hoist and didn't find any head gasket leakage, but the small gasket ring on the oil drain plug was defective. They replaced it and I haven't had a leak sence! Three other things were found after I picked the car up from Beyound Repair #1 soiled hand print on cloth door arm rest and drivers seat,#2 both electric radiator cooling fans were disconnected, #3 and worst of all Xtream Auto found the right rear break assembly disconnected and hanging grom the cable! I was driving it like that for days before it was discovered! I could have been in an accident and seriously injured! I have photos and a letter from Xtream auto as proof> Beyound repair is the worst shop I have ever been to and they quoted me an other almost $2500 to fix the head gasket that wasn't leaking! I want to warn others to not frequent a business that does sloppy work and aren't honest.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and restitution for the brake work I had to pay another shop to fix!
