Joanne pedram came into an agreement with me to send me a puppy within a given date and never sent out the puppy. I am out thousands of dollars and she will not answer my messages or phone calls.
Do not purchase from her! She will feed you lies and her worker will feed you lies as well! I filed a police report and it will be sent from my local police to calgary police as well are her bank for an investigation. I am hoping she will be arrested for scamming everyone.
I should of done my research before. Don't listen to the one positive review she has. She wrote it herself. Anyone who has personal information on her such as her birthdate, address, work place, or anything, please post it on here so we can send it to the police.
Thanks! Please contact holly and lauren; their emails are somewhere under these complaints. Together we can start a class action against her.
She resolved this matter with me privately and I was able to receive a partial refund.
She is a hideous woman that breeds dogs and sells them with genetic defects. You cannot expect that when breeding dogs so small that you will get a happy healthy dog that will have the lifespan equal to that of the normal size dog for the breed. Please please if you are a dog lover help stop this horrible and unkind practice its unnatural for a dog to be bred this small.
I have been a client of Bettys Yorkies for over 2 years I have gotten 3 babies from her and they're like my children. She will be the only one i ever buy my future puppies from.

Just had the same problem with this girl. She's a 25 year old High School drop out, that never speaks to her customers and let's her pathetic co-owner "Kevin" handle most of the work and he's by far the stupidest person I've ever talked to on the phone. (Speaking to Joanne "Betty" Pedram is pretty difficult to top when it comes to speaking to an uneducated kid handling the lives of thousands of sick dogs being bred and shipped from South Korea. She has no heart or care for a single dog that she sells. She's a money hungry fake and phony fat slob that takes your money as fast as she can to pay for all of the bills that she has created on her own. She sent me a dog promising it would be healthy and arrive safely. Now my dog has cost me close to $10, 000.00 in vet bills due to arriving with mega bacteria throughout his body and he also has a serious heart defect, along with having seizures to the point that he drools so badly, to the point that she soaks his entire neck and belly with saliva from the nausea and pain (he cries ALL day long). I never bothered to tell "Betty" about what happened with the dog she produced because even though I took a stupid chance and bought a very expensive puppy from her, I'm still smart enough to know that you can't reason with an unreasonable person like her and her own trained puppy "Kevin" who doesn't know ANYTHING at all. He couldn't even tell me anything at all about the dogs health that was true. He just mumbles and makes up lies as he goes along on the phone. "Betty" should do the world a favor and have herself spayed because it would be terrible to produce any offspring from such a pathetic bulbous nosed, round face pig that looks like she has a fish hook stuck in her lip in every picture she poses for admiring herself!
