No product was delivered no money back either
I bought a TV on 26th March with 734 pounds. No TV arrived and no money either. No reply to many emails, and the phones does not work. Finally got one single reply on 13th April telling me that I need to wait 5-7 working days to get a refund. This was just another lie. The website reported. This is a genuine scam. DO NOT BUY!

Unethical behaviour no delivery poor service
The long and short is bought a tv 7 days later not turned up chase it 3 times cant tell me when will be delivered after 3 days no response so get my credit card company to give refund. 17 days after the purchase would appear all my cancellation emails etc have been ignored as they send a mail out saying tv will be delivered by Wednesday? Again mailed them told to cancel as did not wont it and have not heard back again. Crazy way to try to do business if you wont your item promptly I really would not recommend and pay by C/C so you have some protection because they are useless!

Ordered TV, not delivered, no refund
I ordered a TV and speakers from Best Price Derby bestprice1.co.uk and they didn't turn up, I rang only to be told I'd have to wait longer. Then I got an email saying they canceled the order and will refund me in 3-4 days. No refund even after over 2 weeks later.
