I ordered a screen from Best Custom Screens online. They confirmed it through email on 10/12. I tried to contact them multiple times via email and phone calls to check on the progress of the screen. The portal said it would only take four weeks, but it's been much longer. They sent me an email saying the screen was shipped on 12/19/2022, but it never arrived. Actually, the company canceled the shipment and has had the package since 12/09/2022. When I complained to my bank, they finally sent the package but then canceled the shipment again. I haven't heard anything from them and it's now 2/1/2023.

Then I chatted with customer service on their website and they said it would be another 1-2 weeks. But still no screens. I tried calling and messaging them online, but couldn't reach anyone until December 18 on the chat. They said the screens would come on Wednesday, December 22. But they still haven't arrived. The company hasn't told me about the delay. They also haven't called me back about the phone calls and messages I sent on 12/23 when the screens didn't come.

However, when I received the order confirmation, I was shocked to see a shipping charge of $66. That's way too expensive for me! I immediately tried to cancel the order by submitting an online ticket and calling the company. But guess what? They told me the order couldn't be canceled. They also asked me to send them an email about the order, so I sent them not one, but two emails requesting cancellation.
I also wanted to leave a comment on their website, but unfortunately, the comment section was closed. It's funny because the website claims they value comments and want to take care of their customers. But it seems like they're not really interested in hearing from me.
It's been a while now, and I still haven't received any response from the company regarding my cancellation request. I'm starting to worry that they're just keeping my money without any intention of refunding it. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and disputed the bank card charge with my bank, ***.

I bought a Economy Sliding Screen Door, 36x94 inches, on Sept 20, 2022 for $258.49. Order #***. The door I got was the wrong size at 36x94 3/4" and couldn't fit my door. I tried calling many times but no one answered. I sent an email about the problem on Oct 17th, but got no reply. I sent another email on Oct 26th and got an email back from *** asking for the packing slip, which I sent on Oct 27th. On Oct 31st, *** said they would send a replacement order. I also asked for a shipping label to return the wrong door, but didn't get one. The replacement door arrived and it was even smaller than the original. I emailed the company on November 14th, 2022, with photos of the packing slip and the door, asking for a response within 3 days and a correct size door with a discount or full refund for the mistake. I haven't received a reply or a new door or a discount/refund. Nobody from the company has called me. I want a refund for what I paid.

On June 6, 2022, I ordered two 94" x 48" black screen doors, two 96" x 1" x 5/8" top black channels, four 96" x 0.5" x 5/8" side black channels, and twenty black self-tapping #8 1/2" screws from Best Custom Screens. They sent me an email on June 30, saying that my order had been shipped in two separate shipments. I received the two black screen doors on July 6 and got an email saying that my order was complete. On July 16, I emailed Best Custom Screens to let them know that I hadn't received the second shipment yet. They didn't respond for three days, so I called their customer service. They said they would check on the second shipment, but I kept calling every few days and they didn't respond or take any action. Finally, on July 29, I contacted their Director of Operations, ***. He explained that the label on the channel tube might have fallen off and the shipment got lost. He placed a replacement order for the channels and screws. In the replacement order (#***), *** sent the replacement for the two top channels, but only two of the four side channels. On August 7, I let Best Custom Screens know that the replacement order was missing two side channels. They didn't respond to my email. I received the replacement order on August 11, 2022, but as I mentioned in the email, it was missing the two side channels. I emailed them again with photos of the shipment I received. I called their customer service and *** ten times, but *** didn't answer my call. Customer service said they were processing a replacement for #***, and on August 26, they sent me an email saying that a replacement order had been placed. However, the order was for two top channels instead of two side channels. I contacted their customer service representative and explained that they had ordered the wrong replacements. They said they would contact the production department and fix the order, but I haven't received the correct order yet.
