These guys have called me 5 times within the past 7 days, trying to get me to do some projects
These guys have called me 5 times within the past 7 days, trying to get me to do some projects. I talked to them 3 times and told them to stop calling, but they keep doing it. Can you help? The number I see on my phone is ***.
The window I bought ain't put in right, like they said it would be in the sales agreement
The window I bought ain't put in right, like they said it would be in the sales agreement. The installation was messed up, even though the salesperson promised it would be good. We had to settle for a different product that ain't as good. I paid $3958.22 upfront, but the final cost for the new product was $3991. They didn't install the window like they said on the sales sheet. It's all crooked and the frame ain't even straight. I don't trust them to fix it anymore. They should forgive the remaining balance of $35.80 'cause of all these problems.
The window replacement was done in January 2022 and I already paid for it
The window replacement was done in January 2022 and I already paid for it. I've been trying to get the warranty papers and the energy efficiency documents from the company. I got 8 windows installed and I've asked for the papers multiple times. Then my son got involved and they sent him some documents. One of them was from my order file, but it had 3-4 randomly filled out sheets that are mostly blank and unreadable. My son contacted them and said he would pick up the papers, but they said they were almost done and would send them in the mail. So he waited, but nothing arrived. He called again and they said they were almost done and would mail them. This keeps happening and we haven't received anything else. I used to call them at ***, but now it just rings and nobody answers. I previously spoke to *** Galbaug at *** and ***, but now nobody answers. I talked to Ples (?) at *** and *** at ***. These numbers don't seem to work anymore or I'm being blocked. My son is still trying to get the warranty papers and they gave him a new number, ***. I appreciate your help with this situation. Thank you.

We ordered from Renewal by Andersen on September 14 for 5 windows
We ordered from Renewal by Andersen on September 14 for 5 windows. On October 11, another person, a professional measurer, came to measure the windows. The original salesperson had also measured them. We were informed that the order would take time and the installation was expected by December . We agreed to this timeline. However, the installation did not occur as promised, and there was no communication from Andersen until I persistently contacted them. The windows finally arrived on April 7, 2022, but 3 of the 5 were incorrectly measured by 6 or 7 inches, and one was broken. The installers mentioned that the measurer had a reputation for inaccuracies. Despite this, Andersen allowed him to work on my project. I found this unacceptable. They re-measured and promised a rushed delivery within 2 weeks. The second set of windows was installed on July 22, still missing a screen, which was later provided. It took nearly a year to complete the job. Andersen refused to offer a substantial discount, despite verbal promises, and insisted on phone communication to avoid written evidence, later denying such promises and treating me disrespectfully.
I signed the contract with Renewal by Andersen of Oregon for my wife and I on August 1
I signed the contract with Renewal by Andersen of Oregon for my wife and I on August 1. We paid a down payment of $2206 with a remaining balance of $3310 to be paid at installation. The salesman told us that it would be 8-10 weeks before installation was complete. On December 10, Friday at 3:20 pm a message was left that only one window had arrived and they would like to install it on December 14 at 9:00 am. I told them I would prefer to wait until both windows were ready so as to disrupt the household as little as possible. In early February, I sent an email to the listed customer care coordinator saying if we did not hear from them within two weeks, we would like to cancel our transaction and have our money returned. That was allowing them 27 weeks to complete manufacturing and installation after being told 8-10 weeks. There was no response to this email. Now the time frame is at 34 weeks and on March 24, I received a call from the customer care coordinator alerting us that the window were finally fabricated and ready for installation. I informed her that we no longer wanted the windows and just wanted our money back. She told us that we needed to read our contract as that we would have to accept them. She was very intimidating and tried to make us set a date for installation, alluding to, but not outright saying, a lien would be placed if we did not capitulate. Business did not try to resolve or offer any explanation for not having the product other than blaming COVID. We are senior citizens and will not be bullied by a business.
