We purchased a building that was supplied by BES Electricity in May. When we told them we where the new owners then the trouble started as they demanded £2080.00 for a un paid bill going back 4 years to a previous tenant. We explained and forwarded legal documents showing the date we purchased. This had no affect they bombarded me with threatening demand letters, TXTS and phone calls several times a day. I have now after 6 months moved to another supplier and what a relief to be shut of BES Electricity. Please be warned this company is the worst out of all the utility suppliers google them for more reviews !
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
