Berrada Properties have been playing a sick,twisted,shady,dirty and a crooked game with good tenants in the City of Milwaukee in 2022,2023,2024 and 2025! Berrada Properties are a menace in the City of Milwaukee, They have been messing with tenant's heat in the wintertime,They don't fix water damage in tenants apartments,They don't get rid of bad tenants when they do wrong inside and outside the apartment building,They are the ones responsible for the mice,rat,bug and bedbug infestation at their apartment buildings! The evil owner and president Youssef 'Joe' Berrada is sick,twisted,evil,shady,crooked and corrupted by using Black tenants money and Hispanic/Latino tenants money to buy fancy cars,houses out of state and to pay mortage for his big mansion house in Mequon,Wisconsin! The City of Milwaukee and The State of Wisconsin need to close and shut down Berrada Properties permanently and Chase Youssef 'Joe' Berrada out of Milwaukee,Wisconsin permanently! Stay away from Youseff 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties,Do not rent to them,because they will screw you over like they did the good tenants in 2022,2023,2024 and 2025!1
