I was offered a 3 day membership trial period if I submitted my credit card details and paid 3.99GBP.
After the 3 day period, I was not satisfied with the site, So didn't bother investigating it any further.
A few weeks later I checked my bank balance and noticed 3.99 plus 24.99 GBP had been debited from my account from the above company.
After notifying them asking for my money back, they refused saying I had used their site and had not notified them in advance to cancel my membership. They would however not withdraw any further funds and my membership would be terminated from immediate affect.
I had never requested ot authorized them to a month membership fee.
I tried getting the transaction cancelled with my bank-they said it would involve cancelling my debit card, which is an inconvenience at this point.
I therefore have no option but to take the matter up with small claims-again a waste of my time, so it looks like this company has succeeded in stealing 24.99 GBP of my money.
How many more people will they scam in this manner before they are removed from trading online?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

This website is a scam, They take peoples money and dont refund it. This website is so [censor] i will make sure the world knows this
I cancelled my membership with UsBeNaughty and I got billed 39.99 despite my account now being standard as of 3 days prior. I wish my credit card number to be cancelled and be refunded the unjustified payment as soon as possible, and to stop all further payments from my card.
Well unfortuantely we too have fell victim to this site as well only they went ahead and billed my credit card 6 different times without consent...All together they continued to keep billing me until they used up the remaining balance on my credit card...I have not used the site and so far have been billed over 100.00...I tried emailing them several times to no avail...Leaving me with the only option I had which was to cancel my credit card. How do I get a response from them?
This site is a complete con, esp using it through a phone app. I signed up for three days, then cancelled through the phone app, all seemed fine, then got charged £36.99, I has to read all the small print and has to call a number to cancel, the helpdesk pressured me not to leave and gave me an offer of another site. I eventually managed to get my repeat billing cancelled but am now worried my phone bill will be high through calling them.
Another thing, 100% of the messages were fake, some very special software sends out robotic replies, every reply seemed out of context and was getting the same messages from other members. Keep away from BN

I cancelled in may and was offered a subscription to another site called cheekylovers which I very clearly declined.
Not only did they sign me up anyway but they didnt cancel BN either! I complained to admin email and was asked did i want the subscription. I said no I just want 3 months refund for both. They offered me 5 months which I accepted.
After not getting the refund I asked where it is. They said Ive agreed to 5 months free subscription! Which not only has me fuming but concerned they'll try and take money again in 6 months if they dont answer me!
There must be a way of taking action against this its blatent theft! Why can they get away with it?!
I never experience benaughty.com and their relative websites, but I do know that most of the profiles posted in those sites are Bogus. I've checked a lot of those usernames in www.spokeo.com, and came up that they are not real. Spokeo.com is a tool to unmask scammers and spammers.
Some pics are computer generated plus also as I was signing up (with no pic and nor profile completed ) I got 10 mails from people wanting to chat be for I even got to the last stage of finishing my profile.
I go add when watching a movie i singed up didn't upgrade to membership then got 3 emails on the website i now know are fake i searched is benughty worth the fee on google and got to this page im glad i did.
i have followed the given instructions to be removed from their database, but the web address i was told to report to is not effective. i want to be removed now! my email address is wkweskeith@gmail.com.

Complete fraudulent website - all it is it cam girls wanting you to join their site. Further more they use repeat billing on the site and you cannot cancel online?! You have to phone a premium number. COMPLETE RIP OFF - BE WARNED.
This site at benaughty.com is using fake Verisign badge. You know what they say, if one thing is fake, everything else probably is too. Buyer beware!

I found that it was nearly impossible to cancel the service. Once I read that the default was to automatically renew billing I tried to change that to non-renew. They give you the chance to call some overseas number. RAther than an expensive overseas call, I tried everything possible to cancel the account. finally complained to my credit card company and they helped end the billing. I got dozens of spam emails every day. And at least once a day got an email from somebody who's profile said they were a guy but "had problems on signing up and couldn't change it to say they were a girl". a few pictures of women listed as 60 years old, but in the pic they looked 18 (just legal). I began to suspect that all the "women" were actually robots. they would never answer a question, but would always ask a question. After you'd respond 2 times, they'd say 'thx. gotta go" then they'd show as online the rest of the day. I think all the pictures of women were lifted from other sites. you could not change your profile at all. most people were listed as "10 kg".
The spam from this site is ridiculous.
Same problem but mine is a bit worse. I used the site for 1 month. I thought I cancelled it. They kep taking money form my account for 7 months. I have been very ignorant. I am almost sure I cancelled it by calling my bank and ask them to stop any payments to but that was 7 months ago and I'm not 100% sure now. A few days ago I realized about the monthly payments leaving my account every month and I cancelled it asking my bank to stop payments. Nearly £500 in total. What a scam!
Be Naughty is a complete scam. Profiles are bogus, the company is very dishonest, even when you do contact them they fob you off or don't comply to your request. Worst of all is they keep filling your spam box with all the same old crap 6 months after you thought your profile had been taken down. They are a complete bunch of ###s, stay away from the poisonous ### and don't give them credit details.

Myself Rashmi Chhabra, my credit card no. is [protected], as i am not aware some one has registered this card to you and charges are claiming through ECS from last almost 8 to 9 months. This is my humble request to you please stop services on my card and now i am giving the same request to my Axis branch.
Today, 14/11/2013, I noticed three debits from my Credit Card - $39.99, $9.90 and $9.90 again from EASYDATE EDINBURGH-GBR. I had no idea who they were and I rang my bank who stopped my credit card so now I have to wait 5 days for a new one. EASYDATE EDINBURGH links to BeNaughty where it says I had a "Free Membership" which must have been ages ago and never met anyone thank goodness. I must have unsubscribed as I have no record of any emails from them. However, as I was a "Free Membership" I don't know how they got my Credit Card details.
The lady at the bank said she would be working at the weekend to get the money back. After that I did this search and emailed them to reimburse my Credit Card Account. I am in Australia and will let you know what happens.

when there is a 3 days free trial ..it means after 3 days over you are charged for monthly fees. you should let them know prior to your 3 days free trials that you rather discontinue, then you would have not be charged for full monthly fees

The same has happened to us with the added complaint that they took duplicate payments from my account, we are awaiting a reply from the website but after reading this i'm not expecting one anytime soon! I am hoping that because i paid through cerdit cardi will be able claim my money back, has anyone else had any luck reclaiming their money?
Their whole business plan is based on scamming as many people as possible out of 24.99 before they realise what is going on. Have nothing to do with these crooks and never give them ANY card details. You can be sure you will never see your money ever again, while they are laughing all the way to the bank.
It looks like Beadsas.com is still spamming people from CraigsList ads. They are redirecting people to BeNaughty.com
