Avoid BeMe online store at all costs, I had a terrible experience shopping there. The customer service is absolutely terrible, there is no support whatsoever. When I ordered something from the store, I had to wait for a whopping 2 months to actually receive the product. I mean come on, is that even real? It was ridiculous.

To add to that, the quality of the product that I received was not even close to what was advertised on the website. The colors were faded and the fabric was really flimsy. I was extremely disappointed with my purchase and extremely annoyed that I had to even wait that long for such a poor quality product.

All in all, BeMe online is a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for quality goods. If you have any problems with your orders or products from this store, you can pretty much forget about getting any help from customer service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your shopping needs.

So, I was really excited to get my Christmas order from beme.com.au but the delivery was delayed for over a month! I was so disappointed that I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get a refund. I had repeatedly emailed them to cancel the order, but they finally dispatched it anyway. Let me tell you, their customer service is not great and I suspect that their call center is located overseas. It was hard to understand the English they spoke. Honestly, I won't ever be ordering from them again.

I've got to say, I've had some pretty mixed experiences with Beme Fashion. I've ordered a few things from them now, and while some things have arrived in a pretty timely fashion, others have taken an absolute age to get to me. And I mean, we're talking months here - it's like the parcel's gone on a round-the-world trip before it's turned up at my doorstep.

I will say, to be fair, that I understand some of the delays might be down to Covid-19. It's a pretty wild time at the moment, and I know a lot of businesses are struggling to keep up with demand. But what really gets me is the absolute radio silence when it comes to customer service. I've tried getting in touch to inquire about delivery times and tracking numbers, but I've heard absolutely zilch back.

It's a bit frustrating, you know? I mean, I've been tempted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the complete lack of communication just leaves a really sour taste in my mouth. It's like they don't even care that they've got people waiting for their orders. Honestly, I don't think I'll be shopping with them again - and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

From what I've seen on social media and elsewhere, it seems like I'm not the only one who's had these kind of issues with Beme. It's a shame, really - but at the end of the day, I just can't put up with the lack of professionalism anymore. I want to give my money to a company that actually values their customers and can deliver a product without any fuss.

Beme is a hot mess, I tell you what. I done did order a few things from them Autograph/Beme folks and lemme tell ya, it ain't never a smooth ride. Customer services ain't nothin' to write home 'bout either, they don't seem to give two hoots whether you got your package or not.

So, I'm out here in Auckland, New Zealand, you know how it is. Ordered some goodies from Beme and wouldn't you know it, they went and got lost. So I call up customer services and get the runaround - they tell me the package was delivered to Hoppers Crossing - like, excuse me? I don't even know where that is! Finally had to look it up, turns out it's over in Melbourne, like 27km away. Ain't nobody got time for that!

But tryin' to explain all that to them Beme people - like talkin' to a brick wall, I swear. They've told me 4 times now that it was delivered, even gave me a full address and all. But when I check with the courier, all they say is "left in a safe place." Whatever that means. And then Beme just goes silent, like a cricket in the night.

And that ain't even the worst of it, oh no. Another order they give me a tracking reference and I go to check it with AustPost, and they say it don't even exist! What kinda nonsense is that? And then Beme tells me to take it up with Australia Post myself - like, ain't that your job, Beme?

I swear, I wouldn't recommend Beme to nobody. Ain't nothin' but trouble, and their customer services don't care no how. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere, that's my advice.

I recently bought 3 things for my mom on the 8th of January 2022 from beme.com.au, which is a clothing website. But the problem is the items took ages to be dispatched, not until 28th January 2022, which is weeks after I purchased them. And to make things worse, as of 29th of March 2022, I still haven't received them yet. It's a big problem for my mom because she is a pensioner, and we can't afford to lose $120 that we spent on these items. She even bought them in preparation for her surgery, which is just 8 days away, and we were expecting them to arrive by now.

We've tried communicating with the seller, but they are not responding, not even to the "cases" we've opened. We've also tried tracking the items via Auspost, but no help either. We feel like we are left with no choice but to kiss that $120 away. That's a significant amount of money that we, as an average family, can't go to waste. We strongly advise against the purchase from this seller. They aren't responsive when the items are undelivered. The best you can get from them is to acknowledge the case you've opened or inform you about any delays, which are both automated messages.

We have purchased items online from different retailers, but we've never experienced this kind of situation wherein there's blatant ignorance and lack of accountability. It seems that this seller doesn't care about losing customers, apparently. It's a total crook, as far as I see it. We've also contacted ACCC since we found that this is becoming a common problem with beme.com.au.

So, if you're planning to buy something online, we warn you, NOT to buy from beme.com.au.
