I placed order on march 26 2020, for $467.00. .
7 weeks later I had not received items,
on may 12th I requested a full refund and have not received it despite requesting it multiple times. Every time I request a refund I get the same response " we are looking into it".

This company is not a reputable company. They are thieves. My best friend referred me to this company and she ordered back in April. I also ordered two units in May and we are in September with no wigs and no money. 5 good months wasted. No updates was sent about my order and I contacted their customer service all the time. first an automated email comes in giving you excuses with terrible lies blaming it on full lace and covid and weeks later a rude person will respond telling you your wig is at the completion stage. They kept saying that to me 3 months in a row. I found out they have had several negative reviews on Better bureau business BBB scamming people of their hard earned money so I called my bank immediately to report about this company to get my money back from them. My best friend also called her bank for a refund.
I order 2 units on in July. I emailed them about them 2 months later they said they where special order it would take longer. Here we are 5 months later and numerous emails. I have no hair yet. I email them that they were fraud they email me back that they were not fraud but nothings else
I agree they are thieves and not to be trusted. I ordered a wig December 20, 2020 and still have not received it or a refund. When you contact them all you get is a generic covid letter response. They do not have a phone number or any type of customer service. All you can do is email them. They are the biggest joke and I would not order anything from them unless you just have money to give away.
I ordered a wig in April 2021 and because of Covid, in addition to the back log of supplies getting to vendors I waited. Once July came and I did not receive my wig, I made contact. Of course, I got we do not have the full lace needed for your wig. So, we can offer you this instead or you can get a $50.00 refund. However, I paid $163.17. As others have mentioned this company is a scam. I repeat Do Not Buy Anything from them! Still making contact today, all you receive is a blanket email from them and the number [protected] that is supposedly listed does not work. Stay away from this company! They are ripping people off! And the Bank I am with will not even consider doing a dispute despite Covid. So, I am cancelling them as well. Customer Service these days are piss poor.
