Belhasa Driving Center No Proper customer service

MY REGISTRATION NUMBER IS 461478 I JOINED IN UR DRIVING INSTITUTE NOW I GOT THE TEST DATE AFTER COMPLETION ON MY ASSESMENT (ie: 5TH OF MAY)
OK IT WILL NOT BE A CORRECT DATE ANY WAY IT WILL BE A ASSUMED DATE IT SHOULD BE MORE OR LESS TWO OR THREE DAYS BUT THE FEED BACK FROM NAD AL HAMMER BRANCH IS ONE OF THE WORSTEST COUSTEMER SERVICE WHICH I HAD NEVER SEEN MY ONLY SUGGESTION IS TO KEEP PEOPLE WHO TALKS SMOOTHLY TO THE COUSTEMER MEAN WHILE PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE DATE OF MY FINAL TEST.

when you guys take off make sure you have someone to your task. I am calling from past two days to cancel or reschedule my class timing. since it overlapping with my work. no response . you say you'll forward my call to concern person when he/she is on leave. and again today I called them they say you can't change now. and blackmail me saying you charge me for missing class. and this I second time. I have already been charged for their mistake. I reschedule my timing they said ok done. and didn't update in the system. guys if you can't work why don't you go home and do farming. Even regular classes charges are more the galadari VIP classes.

Belhasa Driving Center long waiting and poor customer care

I registered with Belasha - jebel ali free zone - Dubai branch in 04-Dec-2007. They told me to wait for 4 months. But after calling them continuously, they gave me date on November 2008. Now my Learner's liscence was expired and not yet renewed. And i was not able to attend the classes due to this reason. And the classes are not been postponed by them.

They told me that i can learn for one hour per day. But exactly 35th min they are dropping me from the car.

The Instructors are treating us like anything. They are behaving like mentally affected persons.

And when contacted the customert support assistants in the office. Their usual answers are

Impossible

I dont Know

I am Not Sure

oh yehhhhh belhasa is really very annoying & sad institute...guys n gals believe me please ! think twice or thrice before joining this type of institute...the reason is, if ur a beginerthey wil say u to join 40 classes n then followed by internal assesment test n finally ur road test..but this is not actually the scene is...they will again tell to continue after ur assessment test 12 to 28 classes til u get the date of ur final test.. since mine was friday classes, that means 40 +28 is 68 classes only b4 ur road test...is that fair ?
by this time i spend around 7140 AED...my heart was on my mouth, sorry Belhasa im not that richhhhhhh...n after i failed my first road test they told to continue 8 more classes b4 my 2nd road test...i was lucky enough to pass on my 2nd road test...but wat about otherssss who still struggling to get thier licence...BRIBE IS PROHIBITED IN DUBAI SO IT IS THE ALTERNATIVE WAY TO TAKE IT ! THEY WILL CHARGE U WATEVER THEY WANT BY INCREASING UR CLASSES EVEN IF UR A GUD DRIVER...belhasa SUCKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Belhasa Driving Center Worst Customer Care

I was registerd my driving class 6months ago and i was asked to wait 3 months but i waited more than 4 months, in meantime i try to contact JEBEL ALI BRANCH(Which i registerd) more than 50 times thru phone . no one was picked my call, i went directly to check my status absolutely ### ### response from customer care,
after huge follow up with ### guys in customer care finally i started my class 3 weeks before.

Now the problem gate pass bcoz it is in JAFZA . while i asked to submit PASSPORT & photo copy I submitted the same 15 days before and they lost it and i ask to re-submit the same and i did it.

The security in JAFZA gate 4 asking for gate pass we just asked to use temporary pass to enter untill permanent one comes.

The security is not allowing us to enter even though if we have the temporary pass, In meantime, when we try to contact the customer care no one is picking up or eventhough if they picked our call and response is "we don't know" . Guys this is happening everyday especially during our trainning session as result as we loosing our class and these people eating our money(instead they can eat our ###) .They think this is the fairway to earn money...

Guys, this is happening not only for me for more than 15 - 20 students at one training sessions. calculate how many session per day.

So guys if you plan to go BELHASA Driving Center, please avoid the institute and goto good driving institute which cares you

We don't what kind of management it is? They think it is a right way to making money it is absolutely "haram". Definitely they have to answer during judgement day

This expression not only from one people but from 100 students who loosing their money

I just got my license in Belhasa Jadaf last 2 days back. I’m very thankful to my Instructor Mr. Muqarab Khan Nasir Khan for teaching me well. The best Instructor ever. He is not only teaching well but he has care for his student. Giving advise and techniques on how to drive properly and most of all he is so calm. I really recommend him. May Godbless him.

Take note, I passed the RTA parking and Road test in 1 attempt only! 🙏

Hi,

I am taking my driving class from belhasa driving school in Ras al khor. BELHASA is really a very professional driving institute. Booking the classes, test ..etc are very easy and effortless. They always help me to get the classes and tests on the days and time I have requested.

My Instructor is Mr.Tariq. He is very punctual. He explains everything very well starting from very basics . I am totally a new driver without any driving experience. So this helps me really alot to understand the basics, rules and regulations..etc.

His tips and tricks, really helped me to clear the assessment and RTA tests, especially parking tests.

HI All,

You already saw my previous bad comments which were actually my true experience which i posted. In my below comments i mentioned that after my complaint and google review i got call from Belhasa driving school from their senior instructors, they served me almost two months free training classes (as per my convenience and availability on every Saturday) . I was putting to much of my efforts, Mr. Shakeel Arshad a very kind person of Belhasa instructors gave me training by himself also he instruct other senior instructors to give me training so i could be expert in safe driving . In my success story Mr. Asghar Hussain, Mr.Fayaz ullah and Mr. Mohammad Moeen plays a very important role. After every of my training class i was not sure that i could get license. The one and only Mr.Moeen he said me every time “ yes i believe you will get your license in first attempt, you are driving good”, just because of his strong courage to me i really got my license in first attempt .and that is a great achievement for me. Alhamdulilah, thanks to Almighty Allah after two years and four months i got my driving license.
If i had complaint with Belhassa driving school, then that was Belhasa who resolved my issue. Again I am very thankfull to Belhassa Senior training department specially Mr.Shakeel Arshad and Mr. Moeen and all staff for their continuous support for thhis achievement. Now i am happy and pray for you and Belhasa managment as well you appointed good mangment and people and May Allah bless and grant continuous growth to school.

I suggest to the people who became victims like me to directly go to That senior staff, also Miss Yousra as well, i also got reply on google review from her. I belive you all guys will be get solution of your complaints as well.

When i posted my comments on google review and also sent same complaints to Belhasa driving center online next day received call from Belhasa driving school, that was a surprise for because already quit after lose heart due to their no respond.The call done by Mr. Shakeel Arshad from senior trainer/senior managment.He said me to come so this problem could be solved. Then i went there he listened the whole of my story and checked the record that was true. He promised me to help me and he will arrange free training classes as well .I attended two days of training session and continue . Hope for the best to get driving license. Once i get driving license will sure post my good comments as well which will be good for other victim students of such problems. Thanks to Mr.Shakeel by Bilhasa driving school.

Worst driving school of dubai.Since 2017 i am trying to get license but failed and untill now around AED25, 000.00 i have already paid for this. Most of times i even cried alot in front of Belhasa Al quouz managment of testing department to be mercy on me but failed they are just sucking the blood of people and earning Haram. May Allah put Azaab on them.in every attempt i gathered my courage to appear in next attempt but now its enough. they are butchers to slaughter the humans by getting more and more money. Now finally i decided to quit because i know i can never get license from this [censored] school.

I was registered my driving class on 02/08/2016 ago, ( 01 year & 10 months ago ), I attend total 208 classes, " I am loosing my money I almost paid 19, 000 dirhams but until now I haven't got my license, belhasha driving center keep failing me now, I paid my 14 months salary to belhasha driving centre.
This is- haraam حرام

Its really a horror experience in my life..they failed me in parking test more than 6 times even though I driven well..without any reason..i only pray to ALLAH SWT to save them from jahannum...as off know they took AED 8000/-..still they are not allowed me to go on road..means another 7-8000 they are willingly to cut my pocket from automatic light vehicle...you surprised to know I had licence of my country and passed the preliminary test & got 20 classes ..but they zaalim makes me frustrate after I took the admission...I had most bad experience of ny life here I Belhasa which is unbelievable..plzzzzz don't go with Belhasa ro make your toughest moment of your life & makes the life hell...they are cheaters..

This is a ###all institute and their phone NEVER is being picked up. What is RTA doing ? so called safe drivers? ? why can't you call your own driving institutes to do a check on how they are serving people who just want a LICENSE! its a normal driving license, not a license to kill? ? ? ? ? ? ?
The attitude of the drivers is really bad and the customers are AT THE MERCY OF THESE ###S!

i agree with vik_khanna81 it same has happened with me.Belhasa is just there to make money (especially the Al Quoz/Al Barsha
branch).The service is horrible and none of them are co-operative. They
find new ways to extract money from people. I was given 20 classes to
start with and after finishing all my 20 classes, my instructor wrote me
for the assessment test. I could not go to the office the very next day
to book for my assessment and next 2 days later my instructor called me
and said I was absent for today's class. I asked him what classes is he
talking about when I have finished all my allotted classes. He says I
have to continue the classes until I apply for the assessment test &
the road test. So please be aware that if for any reason, there is a
delay in the booking the tests, you should inform the office admin team
to stop your classes until you are ready to book for the assessment/road
tests. This was not informed to me and I ended up paying for 8 classes
which I had missed (according to them & according to me I had no
information of). They left me with no other option than pay the money
for the absent classes and continue the driving classes. They do not
provide proper information and steps involved, no proper responses, very
rude and dont' care attitude. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEM. DO NOT GO TO THE
AL QUOZ / AL BARSHA BRANCH, THEY JUST EXTRACT MONEY FROM YOU

Belhasa Driving Center Worst customer support

I registered myself with BDC (Belhasa Driving center) in January this yr and I’ve been asked for a waiting period of 3 month. After three month I’d to visit several times to BDC office and request the BDC staff to start my classes and somehow my class started in May even I’d to choose the odd time for the training classes, I’d requested for morning 9 O’clock class at the time of registration but I’d been said that I’d have to be given the classes according to belhasa schedule and classes on my choice cannot be given and it may take another 2 month. Somehow with the understanding of the instructor I managed. They don’t entertain any phone calls and this is not possible to visit the office everytime for silly things. This is the worst system. There is no value for others.

I got myself registered in KARAMA branch and my registration number and after my first road test the center got transferred to NAD AL-HAMER. After 25 – 27 days I’ve been given classes again. And this time I’ve asked to pay for 8 classes but after the eight classes I didn’t get test schedule and been asked to take two more classes and later on two more. I completed 12 classes but still no road test information. I’ve been asked by Sheereen (lady in Karama office) to stop my classes. I stopped my classes but visited the karama office everyday for my road test.

Finally I got road test on 5th Aug. But unfortunately I couldn’t clear the test. Same day I visited karama branch and requested them to transfer my file to AL-WASAL as NAD Al-HAMER is far and next day they gave me the new registration number of AL WASEL branch. but on 18th Aug I received a message that I’ve road test in NAD AL-HAMER. I got surprised and visited karama office for the confirmation and explained to them, I’ve been asked to attend the road test.

When I was in NAD AL-HAMER I’ve received the call to clear my account and I’ve been asked to pay a huge amount.

1. After my 12 classes they delayed to get road test date, (branch has to manage a road test but they failed instead asked to visit the HO to get the schedule) so I’ve been asked to pay for 6 more classes that I didn’t attend (I’d been asked to stop my classes)= AED 360/- and I'd to pay for their fault
2. They didn’t stop m file in system so the payment for another 12 classes+road test= AED 790.00. I had to pay just for their mistake. I'd been confirmed that my file has been transfered and I visited the new branch twice for my classes. what the procedure they have to follow how can a student know about.

I met the customer care in NAD AL-HAMER and after the discussion she suggested that since it’s in my account so I’ll have to pay and continue here only. This is ridiculous. How anyone can be compelled to pay for others mistake. Finally I’d to pay a huge amount for nothing. I don’t know what level of management it is. It was their mistake that they didn’t stop the file in system and I’ve been penalized. I’d been said after giving the new registration number of AL WASAL to go to AL WASAL after 3-4 days. Specially in karama office the customer service is extremely bad and the behavior is unacceptable. For any services whether it’s to start a class or to get some information, we have to beg. We people are paying for the service but need to beg for the same.

With the interference of the customer care my classes started again and I attended two sessions and again I received a call from the branch that I need to bring my file from NAD AL-HAMER to karama branch to continue my classes. How its possible to bring my own file from HO to branch and branch to HO. We are the working professional and somehow manages our time to get classes. This is such worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. Please please if some is planning to take classes from BDC, think again and again and change you mind.

I really feel ###ed with the service and attitude of the customer service. Since morning I keep calling the customer service but no answer. I've kept on hold for 45 mints and than disconnected the call.

I absolutely agree with all of you. the management doesn't know anything about how to deal with customers, but they are great with arguments and giving the customers a headache. I also registered in dec 2008 n it's 2010 already, this is ridiculous. I specifically asked this guy Sanjeev before going going to pakistan in july, that how long will it take to restart my classes again and he said just call me a day before and because he said that i left for 10days and on my return i called him the next day, it took him 2 1/2 months to start my class again. I ignored and ignored their mistakes, but they do no inform you about anything, argue with that too very rudely, all they do is sit their and don't do their jobs. Giving us stress and just wasting our time. It is because of them if i fail, eventhough my instructors told me i drive well. This is no doubt the worst experience anyone could have. Im not going to stop here if they fail me definately will be reporting them to the higher authority, give these senseless people a reality check.

I've opened a file on December for 75 days waiting period (Automatic) in Al-Quoz branch, but still not get any call from BELHASHA DRIVING CENTER, Al-Quoz branch. When I called to Al-Quoz branch about this problem the cutomer service said to contact to Mr, Sanjeeb.I've tried several time to contact Mr. Sanjeeb about my class but he never picked-up the phone & always said from the customer service that he is on lunch. So, I dont know when my class will be started. Please reply soon about my problem.

10000% true what Mujahid Pasha was said, especially with jebel ali branch . No proper response, they are working as customer care prof ... "if they doesn't have the answer for our question" suddenly they drop our phone or saying 'I Don't Know'. so people if you planned to go to belhasa don't go.

I am also agree with this post and there is no doubt that Customer Service of Belhasa Jebel Ali branch is also extremely bad. Even behavior of their Office Manager is also vry awkward and rough with their customers. BDC senior authorities should take serious action in this connection. Thanking you.
