Belaty is one of them guys who say they can fix your stuff, but their dudes ain't all that. Our fridge stopped working (fridge/freezer not cooling) and we went on their website to book an appointment. A dude showed up 6 days later to fix it. He worked on it for an hour and said it was fixed, but it still wasn't cooling after 24 hrs. We called them the next day and they said we had to wait another day for a dude to come back. They ain't got good customer service and their dudes ain't all that. Don't waste your time with them.

They didn't give me my money back when they didn't finish their job. They messed up my thingamajig even worse than before they started. Everyone said something different and we had to wait 4 months for nothing. Update Nov 11*** They offered me half the money for the part they put in that didn't work. They still won't give me my money back for the first checkup.

This company was supposed to fix my leaky dishwasher under warranty. The tech came on June 30th and said it wasn't leaking anymore. Then, they moved my dishwasher and found out the door was broken. It wasn't broken before and a pro installed it. Now, it's August 15th and my dishwasher is still broken. I can't get an update from the company. I call and they don't answer. When they do, they say the parts are here, then they're not, then they'll be here soon, then they're not again. They say they'll call with updates, but they don't. They say they'll give me the tracking number, but they don't. I just want my dishwasher fixed under warranty. It's been 6 weeks and now I have to pay for a pro to fix it. It's been a terrible experience. They should fix their mess or pay for the damage they caused.

I bought a washin machine from *** and got the extended warranty. When I had a problem with the hinge cover, I called *** and they sent Belaty to fix it. The repair guy said the whole lid needed to be replaced and ordered the part. Another guy came to install it and I was happy with the new lid. But when I tried to use the machine, I found out it was messed up. The top part wasn't put back right, screws were missing, the tub was leaning forward, and it banged around like crazy. Plus, some wires were hanging out and plastic parts were out of place. The machine was fine before they came and now it doesn't work at all. They did the service on a Friday and they're closed on weekends, so I couldn't get any help.
