I have been using their site for shopping for sometime in order to get cash back. I have around 100.00 coming from them but I can't get any help with their website in requesting the money be paid to me. No customer service. Is there anything you can do to help me?

It's basically bait and switch. What they're doing is against the law, but I don't have the money to take them to court just to prove a point. They get their money, but they don't fight to get your money. There's no accountability on their part.

This time, "Todd" said that I had "ignored" their initial request to verify my form of payment and that I would have to wait another 10 business days to receive my Amazon gift card. I was so frustrated because I knew that I had clicked on the link to verify my form of payment right away. It seemed like "Todd" was lying to me. If it were true, why didn't "Todd" ask me to verify my form of payment the first time I made an inquiry? I requested payment (and verified my form of payment) on January 2nd. Today is January 26th and I still have not received my funds. It's obvious that BeFrugal is manufacturing obstacles in order to avoid making disbursements. I would not recommend using BeFrugal. There are plenty of other cash back portals out there that will not hold your cash back hostage.

I told "Todd" this, but he refused to give me a way to provide this physical evidence. So, basically, I got zero cashback for my $200 purchase. Bummer, right?
But, that's not all. I also have another investigation for almost $90 cashback that has been pending for a year. A whole year! I keep requesting updates, but I never get any. "Todd" just tells me that the company hasn't responded, so they can't give me any updates. But, get this - the shopping trip is in my account, and I can prove that the full order went through and the full amount has been paid. However, they won't let me provide any evidence, and they're just accepting that the company hasn't responded. So, basically, I'm just stuck in limbo until the company decides to respond.
It's funny how the little cashbacks of a few dollars here and there are never an issue, but as soon as there's a possibility for some substantial cashback, there's always an issue. I mean, come on, BeFrugal, get your act together. I've had much better luck with Ebates/Rakuten cashback. Sure, it's less, but at least you actually get the cashback.

BeFrugal makes it easy to not pay big cash backs by not giving the consumer any information to resolve a matter of payment.
In my opinion an investigation should be made of the way this company does its business.
In my opinion a Class action should be filed by those who feel they have been taken by this company by not paying out money due to consumers.
I have been sick the last two months and just got around to make my situation public.

Let's say if your company was not paid a commission you would have no one to have contact with to be paid.
Get prepared for an investigation if you can't be a company with giving consumers needed information when they have been denied for a considerable amount of money back.

Never expect to get more cash back from them or any at all. Information on their website is tricky and really may make you think you will get something. But they are cheaters. Yes, rates are decent, but it's simply pictures that have nothing to do with the real situation. I doubt you will get cash back.
If you want something in return, I would recommend you to do it on other websites.

Company will not honor cashback. I signed myself up, and made my purchase. I sent my referral link to a family member and then completed registration for him from that link and completed a purchase from it. Befrugal has adamently refused to pay saying they have no record of a referal. Even though we still have the opened email referral in the inbox. On another company review site they responded saying that I should contact customer service to correct their system glitch and customer service still refused, sending the same generic response. Do not use this company. Ebates is tried and true.

I requested a payment from BeFrugal on January 5. Few minutes later I received a message stating I need to verify the form of payment. I did as they said, but nothing happened. Several days later I still had not received the payment. I contacted Befrugal support and asked about the status of my payment. They said that everything will be fine and it usually takes 10 business days. 10 more days passed and I still had not received it. Then I contacted them again and was told that I never verified my form of payment. If things he said were true he would have told me about it earlier. So this was just a lie. It is now January 27 and I received nothing yet. I'm so disappointed and have no idea what to do now. Do not trust Befrugal.
They pass blame to the company issuing the credits. I had a credit from a qualified purchase (website referral) and waited for the time window to lapse, but received no credit. I contact them through a trouble ticket, they referred the inquiry to the business and then ...nothing. I requested an update status twice over four months time and was told the request is "pending investigation." This is not a federal case it is a credit for a website purchase. Befrugal will not honor their end of the bargain, they will kick the can down the road to delay time so people get tired and go away, they will pass blame onto the merchant which in the end will impact the merchant's bottom line as well. I would suggest both consumers and merchants stay away from this company. There are similar services with long-standing establishment that provide much more reliable and trustworthy service.

Clearly, this was a LIE. If it were true, why didn't "Todd" ask me to verify my form of payment the first time I made an inquiry? I requested payment (and verified my form of payment) on January 2nd. Today is January 26th and I still have not received my funds. It's obvious that BeFrugal is manufacturing obstacles in order to avoid making disbursements. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BUSINESS. There are plenty of other cash back portals out there that will not hold your cash back hostage.
Dangerous site!!
I wanted to get some coupons and decided to use befrugal to do it. So I did a click it automatically started downloading something. It was some strange program that totally changed my toolbar. Then my pc went crazy. I guess there was a virus in that program. I tried to delete it, but it was impossible. My pc started opening new windows. I tried to close them, but as I was closing one window, another one opened automatically. It has locked up my computer to the point of needing to shut down and restart. I tried removing the program again but it was useless. Then I scanned my PC on viruses and I wasn't surprised when my antivirus found something. Then something strange happened and the screen turned black. Now I have to repair my pc and I'm very angry. I used it for work, and now it's all gone. I tried to save few bucks, but now I have to buy a new pc. Don't use that site! It is full of viruses and very dangerous. I'm very disappointed, sad and angry at the same time!
