I order back in November and have yet to receive shipping information, it’s December 21st! I have emailed customer service, they said 7 days it will ship. That time frame passed. I emailed back but have not received any follow up since then. I still have no shipping information for my purchase. It was a gift for November now hopefully a Christmas gift but I don’t know when it will ship. I want to cancel this order as it is a waste of time, money, and effort.
