Quality and service
I have purchased 5 bearskins over the last three years. Product is excellent and customer service has always been on top of any question or concern I had. However, the last bearskin 4.0 I purchased three weeks ago for my nephew in Evergreen Park, Il ( men's small, dark green 4.0 ) has not been delivered or have I been able to reach anyone at bearskin so they can follow up on order since they immediately collected my charge account. It is my nephews Christmas present but probably late now. PLease look into this for me.

They should not exist
With the onslaught of advertising we are being bombed with 24/7/365, I decided to look into the product again with intent to order three units for myself and my sons AGAIN. Ignored my return request for wrong size hoodie
I ordered 2 bearskin tactical hoodies for Christmas presents. They both arrived on 12/26/2023. I was not worried about the lateness of the delivery, however, one hoodie was too large.
