I highly recommend Master Radon Ltd. Frank came to our home and explained the effects of Radon gas, the system he would install and how it works. He guaranteed he would get our level below 100, we had a reading of 1800 in one part of the basement. his team came the following week and in a few hours the system was in, the guys were courteous and professional and left everything clean. A week later my reading is 63, we are very happy and are enjoying the peace of mind knowing the air is safe in our home. Thanks Master Radon!

Master Radon completed radon mitigation in our home in a very professional, polite and respectful manner. The staff that performed the work explained what needed to be done and went over everything post completion. They covered our floors with drop cloths for protection and were very conscious of the covid safety measures they had in place, which helped us feel safe and confident during their time in our home. Our post-work radon levels dropped 10 fold. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend this company.

I had purchased a radon detector to test the amount of radiation being emitted in my home. The levels were anywhere between 525-625 upstairs and over 800 downstairs in my finished basement. I had heard good comments regarding Frank Kirkpatrick of Radon Master so contacted him and had him come and check it out and give me a quote. Franks team were very professional and did an excellent job. They left the home in the condition it was when they arrived and were very good about explaining what was done. I would certainly recommend Master Radon to anyone.

James and the crew that came out were outstanding to work with, very informative, and courteous, and a pleasure to work with. The crew that did the work were on time, and did a very thorough and effective job, we can see the numbers have gone down already. The crew at the house were also very aware of cleaning up after the work, again very good at what they do/did, even made sure the cats didn't get out :-)

I engaged the services of Master Radon to install a radon gas mitigation system in my house. All of the work was properly explained and performed as per the contract. Especially worth mentioning was how communicative Master Radon was throughout the entire process. Master Radon took all necessary steps to keep my house clean during the installation (I have a finished basement). It was cleaner after they did the work! Lauchlin M James your guys were very professional, polite and told us what they were doing at all times. When they finished they took me into the crawl space and explained every thing they did. I couldn't believe how great it looks. They even dug out from under the furnace giving more space between the ground and the furnace. Your guys are the best. We were so pleased with the prompt attention to the high levels of radon in the house - approaching 500 - and timeliness in which the mitigation was booked and completed.
The professionalism, interest, care and attention demonstrated to us was exceptional. Also the continued follow up following the mitigation to ensure it was successful was above and beyond what we would have anticipated or expected. I really believe this is an essential product for all homes, especially older homes. The Master Radon people did an amazing job putting in our mitigation system. Professional, courteous, and took care placing mats and plastic to protect carpets. Very professional and friendly staff! I have my own portable radon detector i bought online and measured levels before calling Master Radon, and the levels were very concerning. James came out and assessed the radon levels, which he confirmed were quite high. After 2 months running the radon mitigation system the radon levels are approaching zero! Definitely worth the investment for safe indoor air! I'm very impressed with Master Radon's service and staff, and I highly recommend the company to everyone.

Frank and James attended my residence on the date and time promised. They were on site for a couple of hours and did a very thorough examination with multiple testing devices in order to determine the radon entry point. The following day they provided a quote for remediation of the issue. A week later a crew of three arrived to do the work. They were very efficient and courteous. They reviewed all the work that had been done and advised me of what to expect in the weeks to come. I can happily report the level of radon has been reduced to even less than the recommended safe levels for Europe which are much more stringent than those in Canada or the USA. I am very satisfied with the final outcome and would certainly recommend Master Radon to anyone requiring this type of work.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Frank and his crew from Master Radon Ltd. Our initial phone call was promptly followed up by a home inspection and electronic testing by Frank who explained the mitigation process and options available. Installation was completed the following week. The installation crew were excellent. The new system was installed in a few hours and everything was left spotless; very friendly and professional. We are also very pleased with the follow-up. The installation crew set up an annual test kit and also left an electronic tester to monitor the system performance for the first couple of weeks. We have also had several follow-up emails from Frank checking on system performance and providing additional information. We highly recommend Master Radon.

I highly recommend Master Radon for mitigation of radon problems in the home. They are very professional and follow up with the client following installation. Some time after the initial installation, due to shifting in the basement, I had an increase in radon levels and Master Radon did further work to correct a slight increase in radon levels as part of the original contract. Recently, following extensive foundation work (two years after the original installation), the radon levels understandably increased and I had a second system installed on the opposite side to the original system. The radon levels are now very low. I experienced the same level of professionalism and expertise in this second installation. The company expresses a genuine care and concern for its clients which is evident in the work and follow up they provide.

After watching the advertisement of Mike Holmes about Radon, I started to get curious about that radio active gas and started online research. I was skeptical at first but then the more I read, the more I understand. So I initially bought a meter and placed it in my basement. The readings were at nearly 500bq/m^3 for daily and the average was almost 300bq/m^3. I was worried about our health in the long run so I called Master Radon immediately. To my surprise, they were really quick to respond with an extremely high level of professionalism, courteous, kind and friendly. After the day of installation of the mitigation system, the readings dropped tremendously to 3bq/m^3. We are really impressed on how they delivered their services through out the process because they really explained all the aspects in every point, and in every single detail. I will definitely recommend their services to everyone specially family and friends.

We had ordered a Radon Gas Test through the Canadian Lung Association. Radon Gas causes lung cancer and we were cancer survivors so didn't think twice about dealing with this issue. The results were over acceptable limits so we checked the Canadian Government website for a list of Certified Gas Radon Mitigation experts in our community. Apparently there are a lot of homes in Regina with high radon levels. We contacted Master Radon and were very pleased with their prompt and courteous service. All aspects of the work requirements were explained. We were able to have the work completed within 2 weeks of booking and it only took half a day for the equipment to be installed and an electrician followed up to complete the job within a week. Since the Radon Mitigation equipment was installed a week ago, our levels of Radon have reduced significantly. We are very happy that we contracted with Master Radon to install our radon gas mitigation system.

Frank Kirkpatrick and his team at Master Radon did a fantaastic job installing a radon remediation system in our home. They were very professional and left everything neat and clean. The system looks like it has always been there with no landscape disruption. They were on time and delivered exactly what they promised.

Our radon levels in our home were double to triple the Canada Health allowable guideline amounts (>400 Bq per M3) and several times higher than that around our basement sump hole. After the system was installed, within a couple days the radon levels were negligible, under 20. Exceptional results!

Master Radon evaluation our system options given our home structure and provided us with options. We were able to choose an option that located the system on the exterior of the home so as to provide no disturbance to our interior space.

We highly recommend Master Radon. They have provided us with peace of mind by eliminating the cancer-causing radon from our home.

Master Radon Ltd. is a highly recommended company for a radon mitigation system. With all the awareness of causes of lung cancer in 2022, we had C-NRPP Certified Master Radon Ltd. install a radon mitigation system for bringing the radon levels down. I was skeptical at first if this would really work. I bought my own tester and realized that the levels were well above the recommended Health Canada guidelines. I couldn't believe it. I called Master Radon and they assured me that they could get the levels down to within the Canadian standards. They are now under 75 bqm3.

Their staff was very professional and knowledgeable explaining the details of the system and installation, answering all questions without any pressure, and were promptly accommodating with workable installation solutions.

Installers Tyler, Ryan, and Bruce, along with James and Frank were very empathic, professional, and knowledgeable. When it came time to install the system, the installers were exceptionally clean, as we have white carpet and they covered everything up and even had washed all their own clothing before coming just to be sure our place stayed spotless! Wow! They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and kept our property immaculate inside and out. The quality of work was methodical, well organized, and very prompt and efficient with great communication and instructions and follow-up.

I had done an at home radon test through the Lung Society, I received the results and it was showing 1420 Bq/m3. Government of Canada recommends anything over 200 Bq/m3 be mitigated. I called Master Radon the day after I got the results and spoke with Frank. He was concerned about how high the levels were, he said they were busy the next week but that he would come over that Saturday to check it out. I was impressed that he would come out on a weekend. When he measured the levels in the basement the highest came out at over 1500 Bq/m3. He explained to me the way they would mitigate the radon and that he was confident they could get the levels down to 100 Bq/m3. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything so it made sense to me. I believe it was Ryan and Carter who came to install the mitigation system. They were both nice, professional, and they did an excellent job. Everything looked great and the work was very tidy. They allowed me to take a look while they were working so I could see how it was coming together. Ryan explained the system and everything that went along with it. I was very satisfied with the warranty on the system and the work they did. I checked the digital reader they left for me the next day, less than 24 hours after installation and the reading was 65 Bq/m3. I was shocked, 65 is a huge difference from over 1500. 5 days after installation the long term reading, which is an average from the last days it was reading, was 28 Bq/m3. The short term reading was 11 Bq/m3. Overall I am very impressed and satisfied with the work Master Radon does and I highly recommend them.
