The coffee loyalty card mentioned on the website clearly said "Ask for details", and you know it. So in this case, it was the consumer's responsibility to ask for a card - not the employee's responsibility to offer one.
As for the different prices on the website, it is perfectly legal for a business to offer one price for online/call-in orders and a different price for the exact same item in-store - Sears, The Bay, and Canadian Tire all do this. It is also legal for a restaurant for charge lower prices for take-out (posted on their website) and higher prices for dine-in - Swiss Chalet, Spring Rolls and Wild Wings all do this as well.
You lost a free cup of coffee and a few dollars off a sandwich - Bayview Village Customer Service is probably laughing at you over this.
