Unfair business practices
I went to bay view optical march 30th so they made me a pair of glasses and last week they chipped on the side so i went back today and being i am on medcaid he didn't want to fix them so he took them from me and throw them across the counter and broke them the rest of the way and then he gave me another pair but not the same kind that i had (he didn't even want to do that) so i told him i wanted the same pair and he throw me out. The glasses were not even 5 months old and broke and then he wants me to take the pair that he picked out, I don't think that this is fair why should I have to take the pair he wanted to give me I should be able to get the same ones like I had or let me pick out another pair. The name of the store is bay view optical 2020 86th street Brooklyn, NY 11214 I already called 311 about this today.
