BatteriesPlus review: watch battery change

Paid for a lifetime watch battery replacement program. Incompetent staff damaged my watch by not putting it back together properly making it no longer water resistant.

Wasted my time by making me go back to the store 3 times to resolve issue. They stated they sent watch out to be fixed when they did not. They let watch dry out and put another battery in trying to make me believe they fixed it.

Only offered to pay minimum for replacement of watch not to include shipping handling and tax.

They did not refund the money for the lifetime battery replacement program even though it was their incompetent actions that nullified it.

Total [censored]. If you are not going to do the right thing over $40 it is going to cost you more then $40.
