My wife and I ordered two James Martin vanities, two tops, two sinks, and two mirrors. It was explained to us that the delivery driver would contact us and wait for us to inspect everything. However, the driver left the merchandise without contacting us. My wife contacted Bath Vanity Experts and they told us to inspect everything and inform them of any damage. Unfortunately, a couple of the drawers on one of the vanities were very hard to open and one of them would not open at all due to broken door glides. James Martin offered to send us the drawer glides for replacement, but Bath Vanity Experts, specifically ***, was very persistent. After several weeks, they replaced the damaged vanity, which arrived in perfect condition. Thanks to *** for their excellent service.

When I tell you that I had done a ton of research before buying from Bathroom Experts, I mean months and months of comparing features, prices and reviews. Some how I stumbled upon Bathroom Experts and I thank my luck stars that I did! They sell top end bathroom vanities at unbelievably affordable prices, I seriously don't know how they are making money. I picked the James Martin Brittany in burnished mahogany and it is gorgeous, even the delivery man commented on what a nice looking vanity it was.

Customer service is top notch and par to none, I truly can't say enough good things about this company. I worked with their representative and he answered all of my questions and concerns regarding my purchase and the delivery. I believe he had my best interest at heart and would be with me every step of the way. The vanity arrived early and in perfect condition. If you want something that will last for years and years and will stay in great shape, don't bother with the big box stores, buy from Bathroom Experts you will be happy you did!

This is a 5 Star review! I'm always a little shy of doing major purchases on line when local buying can sometime be so much more easily dealt with. I found the James Martin Bathroom Vanity Set I wanted though and it was best bought from Bathroom Experts LLC. They had the best price and with their telephone Customer Service, I took the leap of faith and ordered my vanity, top, sink, and mirror set from them. "***" at Bathroom Experts was fabulous to work with! Their products, his support, and their delivery from California to Nebraska went perfect! He supported the purchase from order through my opening the vanity set once delivered. The set is beautiful! Besides being the best price, FREE delivery, and their business support, I could not be happier! Their selection of products is amazing, and though they may not be local to me, I'd never hesitate to order from them again and again! They even beat our local prices for the same vanity set and had free long distance delivery!

Company sent me a damaged cabinet. But I work all week, so when I installed it 5 days later, on Saturday, I noticed it was damaged. I emailed the company and they called me the next day. Because I didn't inform them within 24 hours, they said I'm stuck with the damaged cabinet. They informed me I should have read the fine print, company policy. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable company, it may cost you $10 more, but it's worth it when it shows up damaged.

We ordered three James Martin bathroom vanities from Bath Vanity Experts. Due to the unusual size of two of our bathrooms, we were very weary about ordering something that wasn't custom made. When we reached out to bath Vanity Experts, they not only helped us figure out which vanities would fit, they kept us up to date if any new models or colors came out. We ended up changing our mind on a few of the vanities right after we purchased them and Bath Vanity Experts were able to change the order before it got sent out. They were more than understanding. I would use this company again.

Excellent customer service! The Bathroom Experts team was of great assistance when helping us decide on the vanity counter top. They provided quality photos so we could experience the vibrancy the choices had to offer. By the way, we chose Silestone Eternal Jasmine Pearl Quartz. The vanity and mirrors arrived in pristine condition. We love the slow closing cabinets and drawers. We purchased the two mirrors to match the James Martin Chicago (double) 72-Inch White Washed Walnut Vanity Cabinet. It was the perfect selection for the remodel of our 1991 (original to home) master bath. We would definitely do business again and recommend Bathroom Experts. They are always responsive! I had the distinct pleasure to work on a Vanity matter with John. I cannot say enough about his willingness to go above and beyond for the customer. All of this being done online. His courteousness and professionalism stands out the most for me. Willing to do whatever he could to make my experience a true pleasure. John at Bath Vanity Experts talked with me about a situation I was having with a Vanity purchase from another vendor that was not the one I had ordered. In the midst of a renovation, John worked out the best possible scenario for me and I placed the order on Saturday, January 30. Even though I was not able to finish the purchase from John because the previous vendor worked out replacing my original purchase, he was polite, accommodating, and an extreme professional. I will recommend him and Bath Vanity Experts at every chance I get and will use him and his company for my next projects. Thank you John and Bath Vanity Experts.

I cannot express properly just how terrific Bathroom and Bath Vanity Experts have been to deal with. We ordered a vanity from a difference vendor, and they delivered the wrong one. With a contractor already on site preparing for the remodel we are doing, and having started lining up tradesmen to work, this was an extreme situation. When I contacted Bathroom via chat Saturday, January 30. 2021, he went straight to work. We work out a situation where he would contact the vanity company and I could order it and have it delivered just as soon as possible. Although in the end I was not able to complete the order (he had to cancel it) because the other company already booked replacing the wrong cabinet with the correct model, I could not let it pass that Bathroom and Bath Vanity Experts are a first rate company. Bryan's expertise and professionalism are extremely appreciated. I will wholeheartedly recommend Bathroom and Bath Vanity Experts to everyone and we will contact him with our next project. Service was fine until I received a damaged vanity. Vanity was delivered with damaged packaging which I noted on the delivery slip and took pictures. Started to unpack box and found damage to actual vanity. Immediately called BVE and then called delivery driver to return to pick it up. Driver refused to return. Shipping company then denied BVE's claim and produced a "scan" of my signature minus any comment about damage (fraud). Delivery company is unable or unwilling to produce the original paperwork. Five weeks later and numerous calls to BVE have left me with a damaged vanity and no offer to resolve it other than to say that if they can get the delivery company to accept responsibility then they will get me a new vanity. Seriously? I have had to basically manage this process for BVE as they have taken the position that it is OK for the customer to be left paying for damaged goods. Given COVID, I was not about to have a delivery driver stand around for 20 minutes in my garage watching my wife and I unpack it. I even provided time stamped photos showing the damage at time of delivery and the subsequent unboxing of the vanity to reveal the damage to it. Despite going above and beyond to provide all the documentation I can, I am left with no resolution and am being told that it's my problem at this point. I even read the terms and conditions of the deliver and I complied with them. BVE is hiding behind the fact that the delivery company hasn't produced the original slip with my comments and telling me I should have taken a photo of the original slip when I signed it. My time stamped photos prove I received damaged good but this clearly a case of BVE not wanting to do the right thing with a customer if it might cost them money because they deal with an unscrupulous shipping company. They are willing to find any way out even if it screws the customer. I would have gladly paid a little more money to another supplier had I know how BVE treats a situation like this. DO not buy from BVE unless you are 100% sure you will not have an issue with your item. Otherwise, you have been warned!
