Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center review: Lies in my medical record.

I saw an OD at BDP in Flagstaff in August 2026. We got a copy of notes for flexible spending documentation. We read it a couple of days after the appointment. The OD, Mr. Bills documented astigmatism (fair) and “educated patient about condition (never happened or put another way lie), also documented dry eye included educated pt, recommended medication, and patient declined - entirely false. I made a complaint and they refuse to correct. I would be ok with “observed” but nothing else that never happened. I have lies in my legal, medical records. I’ve made a formal complaint to the state board and greatly hope “Mr” Bills gets at minimum a significant ding on his liscence but would be thrilled if he lost it, that’s how strongly I feel about lying [censored], particularly those working under ethical and legal standards.
