Made 4 attempts to get a copy of my eye exam, 1 in person (Trinity) 1 in a voicemail (Amy) 2 over the phone (Trinity & Lisa) never got a response. I asked my insurance company to file a grievance. I'll be going back to my previous eye care center even though I'll have to pay out of pocket. I don't trust the way this place does business and I'm an existing customer.
Recommendation: If you want a staff that doesn't ignore you, this isn't the place. You'd be wasting your time to with these people who keep telling your they'll take of it and then don't.
