For anyone in doubt, Barkley Hotel in Westlake Village is not a clean place & please beware if you are not aware of what is happening here where we are the neighbors & suffering because of toxic odors on daily basis.
This is very disturbing to me that someone would attach The Barkley Pet Hotel to a complaints board. This is a wonderful facility and I will NEVER trust any other kennel to watch my babies ever again after our experience here. The Barkley cares about the well being and safety of my cat and dog, tell me what other pet hotel has a veterinarian that caters to every emergencey?! This facility goes above and beyond the call of duty of any kennel in Los Angeles or Ventura County!
