Banggood False Advertising and Poor Customer Service: My Banggood Experience

I had high hopes for Banggood, as I've read many good things about them. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. Not only was the item I purchased more expensive than advertised, but the customer service was also lacking.

At first, I thought I had gotten a good deal. The item cost 29, but with a 10% discount code, I got it for 26.40. I was satisfied with the final price and proceeded to pay for it. However, when I received the confirmation email, I was shocked to see that I was charged 37.04! This was not the price I saw on their website.

I immediately contacted their customer service and asked for a full refund. I even provided screenshots of the rates I saw before paying. But to my dismay, they ignored my request. All they offered me was 500 points, which I have no use for.

It's frustrating to be charged more than what was advertised. If the discount was based on the original price, it should have been clear on their website before I made the purchase. I feel like I've been deceived, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. False advertising is never a good practice, and it's disappointing to see it happening here.

Overall, I would advise everyone to be careful when purchasing from Banggood. Their prices may not be as good as they seem, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. While I can't speak for every experience, mine was a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend them.

Banggood Disappointed with Banggood's H96 Max RK3318 Android Box: A Customer's Review

Let me tell you my experience with Banggood. Recently, I purchased an H96 max RK3318 Android box from this website. The device was only used occasionally and unfortunately, it stopped working. The screen displays "BOOT" and it just gets stuck, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.

I was saddened that a reputable company like Banggood would sell a low quality product, leaving me to regret the purchase. I reached out to their customer service and they offered a partial refund, which did not satisfy me in any way.

A bit of research has shown me that my problem is not an isolated case. There seem to be thousands of people complaining about the same issue on forums and social media platforms.

I have been a loyal customer of Banggood for a while, but this experience has left me disappointed. As a customer, I urge the company to either replace the product or give me a full refund. My hope is that they will stop selling such products.

To anyone planning to buy this Android box, I suggest doing thorough research and perhaps reading reviews from genuine customers on YouTube, social media and other online platforms. It appears that the product is not built to a high standard.

Banggood Disappointing Experience with Banggood's Remote Controlled Switch Power Socket

I was trying to find a "Remote Controlled Switch Power Socket" in my country but to no avail. So, I decided to purchase it from banggood.com. However, upon checkout, I was informed that the goods were not yet available and that they were still waiting for them from the factory. I waited for a few months and finally, they informed me that the product had been shipped. Although the product eventually arrived, I was disappointed to find out that the remote controller was not configured in any way. I even referred to the leaf manual in English, but it was of no use as the remote still refused to work. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the model and its manual in the I?, or even a simple and quick way of providing feedback on their site. I did notice the chat, mail, and messenger icons on their site, but they were inactive. It's a total bummer that they don't offer a decent feedback system that could be used easily and quickly by busy people like myself.

In all honesty, I found their customer service to be quite frivolous and not up to par with their competitors. It was so bad that I had no choice but to block them from my first interaction with them and promised to never deal with their annoying daily advertising since registration. It's such a waste of time, I tell you.

Eventually, I bought a similar "Remote Socket" in Moscow which was elementally configured and worked like magic.

Banggood Unreliable Delivery and Poor Customer Service: My Terrible Experience with Banggood

Banggood is a store that I just recently had an awful experience with. I have made many orders from their Europe warehouse, putting my trust in their delivery system to get my ordered products to me on time. However, my trust was broken when I realized that they don't value their customers as much as they claim to. My orders took an average of two weeks to be shipped out, and their customer support had only one response to give me when I complained – wait 48 hours for an email update. But I never received the emails, I had to write to them again and again and got the same response every time. I had to wait long, frustrating hours before my orders were shipped.

When I finally received one of my orders, a chair, I was dismayed to see that the box was entirely damaged, and the gaming chair had seven holes in the leather. I filed a complaint in the Banggood page and waited for two long weeks for them to reply, and when they finally did, it was a measly offer of 800points; a complete joke! They even started to ignore my complaint and offer no solution in-site. Frustrated, I eventually decided to open a case in the bank and had to suffer the painful process of filing a chargeback. For me, it's a clear indication that I will not be buying from Banggood again because they have zero respect for their customers.

As if that wasn't bad enough, I discovered that they remove negative feedback in their review section. They don't even approve of constructive criticism and only publish reviews that have 4-5 stars. I personally didn't appreciate this because I want a balanced review system where I can read both positive and negative feedback. I don't trust their review section anymore after learning that they have been selective in publishing their reviews.

Another problem that I had with Banggood was their customer support and communication. Their customer service reps seem untrained, and they lie frequently, saying that they can't ship orders for three weeks and then canceling my order without providing me with any valid reason for doing so.

The whole experience was terrible, and it is heartbreaking for me as a frequent online shopper to lose trust in a store that I used to depend on. Banggood needs to up their customer service game, improve their communication skills, value their customers, and provide transparency in their publishing of reviews. They should have a flaw-free system cause I am not alone with this experience.

Banggood My Disappointing Experience with Banggood: A Review of Their Customer Service

So, the deal with Banggood... where do I even start? Well, let's just say it's been an experience. I made an order for some tape, nothing fancy, just something I needed for a project I was working on. They got my order wrong, sending me four tapes that were the wrong model. It wasn't a big deal, you know what I mean? I mean, mistakes happen. It's easy to fix, right? But what did they do when I asked them to fix it? Oh boy, here we go.

First of all, they took four whole days to even respond to me! And when they did respond, it was a canned response asking me to send them pictures! Like, come on guys, seriously? This kind of thing is so common with these Chinese companies. They're so incredibly polite, but they make things so difficult for you that eventually, you just give up. It's like they're trying to wear you down or something.

I sent them a really professional message with all the pertinent information, including the differing model numbers, and yet they still had the gall to even consider inconveniencing me even further with these outrageous requests. It's incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time, of which they've already wasted too much. When I told them this, they just ignored me. Like, can you believe that? They just ignored me!

So what did I do? Well, I started a PayPal case for the whopping $14.24. What a waste of time and effort, seriously. I mean, it's not even about the money at this point, you know what I mean? It's about the principle of the thing. I will not be buying from Banggood again, that's for sure.

In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend Banggood to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable online store, you're better off looking somewhere else. Honestly, the whole thing was just a huge hassle and I really don't want to deal with it again.

Banggood Disappointing Customer Service from Banggood.com: SJ RC F11S Drone Review

So, I bought this drone from banggood.com - it's an SJ rc f11s. The price was fair and delivery didn't take too long. I plugged in all the batteries including the remote controller, took it out and had a great time with it. It was operating without any problems; I was happy. However, when I was about to put everything away, the remote controller kept turning on by itself, which caused the battery to get drained. I tried to recharge it several times, but the same thing kept happening over and over again. I got frustrated with it and decided to contact banggood.com for assistance. However, their customer support asked me to take a video of the issue and upload it on Facebook or YouTube so they could review it. I didn't want to do that and so I took a picture of the remote controller while it was turning on, but they didn't accept my evidence. It was useless to try to get a new controller from them as they wouldn't stand by their products, so I went ahead and ordered a used one online for $50. Honestly, I'm very unhappy with the service I received; banggood.com just doesn't deserve even one star. I swear I'll never buy from them again and will opt for another online store instead.

Banggood Teclast T40 pro defective after 10 months - warranty sluggish to none!!!

Teclast T40 pro after 10 months the touch display is defective. Banggood offers 100 € compensation for a tablet that cost 200 € and is now offered for 243 € in the store. Furthermore, Banggood only wants to accept 12 months warranty. Teclast advertises 24 months.

Continue with Teclast:

Has a branch in Slovakia. No one answers the phone there. No callback. The chatbot is not busy. The recommendation is the contact form (->answer in max. 2 days). After four weeks, no one has answered yet.

That's not bad service, that's no service at all. Teclast's (non-)behavior of not keeping the warranty promises goes in the direction of fraud for me.

Banggood BlitzWolf BW-CMM2 20 bar coffee machine

I purchased this coffee machine in 2022-03-07, order, [protected], and the customer service never replied to any of my question, always asking for more details in each reply instead of answering. I did ask how to descale the machine, because following the manual the outcome was not as described and the lights continue to blink as if the routine did fail. Despite the exchange of messages in September, Banggood never send me the instructions or give me the address of the plant where machines are made.

Last week, the machine starts to take much more time to make coffee. Usually 2 cups could take 22 seconds and one day 45 seconds was required. I did ask how to factory reset the machine and Banggood, again, didn't reply to my question. One day they ask for a shipping order, and the order is in my file, where I pick the number in this message, other the SKU number from the original bag, something I don't have after many months, and then a video with the problem, when I only ask information.

This is a pattern, Banggood never reply to any question, I did ask questions about other products and never got any information, and each day they ask for more useless data. If they know what is the equipment and when it was purchase, why the SKU or a video of a machine is required to supply common universal instructions? Obviously, they do it so the customer give up and stop complaining or purchase another equipment.

This is a lousy service, breach all support and warranty regulations and don't follow EU laws.

Desired outcome: I want the informations I required. Both how to descale the machine and how to factory reset it.

Banggood Banggood refuse 1 year warranty for a xiaomi - mijia device

I was using automatic soap dispensers for a few years. Only from Banggood I bought at least 3 devices some of the are still working fine. I decided to buy a good quality rechargeable device and I chose the brand new Xiaomi Automatic Soap Dispenser Pro MJXSJ04XW

After less than 10 months the device suddenly stopped working and then just "died". And also no charging..

I opened a return/repair ticket on 29/10/2022. Banngood is supposed to reply within 48 hours.

Only after 2 months of waiting, including many contacts with customer support live chat agents and a few emails I got my first reply on 25/12/22.

They offered me BG points. I told them that I already have many BG points that I can hardly use and I need a replacement or refund because this supposed to be a premium quality device.

They replied that the device has only 90 days of warranty even if in the FAQ about warranty is clearly declared that "BRAND" Home Appliances and Kitchen Appliances are covered by 1 year warranty.

I was waiting 2 months to get this reply.. "We can only offer GB points".

Then I informed them that I will have to share my bad experience and I got the following reply:

"Thank you for your feedback". (check the ticket dialog..)

I also sent an email to [protected]@banggood.com but no reply.

I am a Banggood customer for many years with more than 100 orders and I am deeply disappointed with the customer support at least in this case.

Banggood Ulefone power armor 13

Please look into the ticket [protected] for a product that is clearly in the manufacturer warranty period. I'm very disappointed and insulted by the response I have received this far.

The external speaker/ringer stopped working recently in the middle of watching a YouTube video. Over the next couple days I did a lot of research and checked all possible settings without success. I then did a factory reset which also made no difference. Took the phone in to a local repair shop and without opening the phone they confirmed it to be a hardware issue and not software related.

Banggood has been very reluctant to provide the warranty coverage which is their responsibility according to the manufacturer. They are also insisting that I produce a video demonstrating that the ringer/loudspeaker doesn't work and what steps I used to check things. I have explained to them repeatedly that I live alone and don't have a backup phone with which to produce such a video. So far they have only offered 3000 bg points (approximately $30 value) of in house credit for a $300 phone that is clearly within warranty.

Desired outcome: Exchange for a working phone of the same make and model.

Banggood Wanbo t6 max projector

I placed a order 24 of November and my order was supposed to be dilivered on 29 of November. But my order is still in process no update on shipping. That's when I decided to cancel my order everytime when I try to cancel my order online I don't see any option so I contact there agent online and everytime I contact a agent I get same answer "I HAVE RAISED YOUR REQUEST FOR CANCELATION AND YOU WILL GET A EMAIL IN 24-48 HOURS SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR MAIL".It's been like more than 2 weeks since am getting same reply no confirmation email or anything. There is no way to contact them through phone as well.

Banggood Blitzwolf powerbanks

I've bought a Blitzwolf power bank in september 2021, and another one in september of 2022. The first one didn't work at all, the second one briefly, and couldn't be charged. By the time I found out the devices didn't work properly, and searched for a way to file a complaint, Bangood simply closed the conversation because of a lack of proof.

1. When I buy something, it's supposed to work.

2. If not, the product should be exchanged or refunded.

It's a ridiculous policy to demand a response on the quality of the product within a week after delivery.

I don't have time for these nonsens, and expect at least a functional product for my money.

I don't know if I'll ever buy from Bangood2, but certainly no Blitzwolf anymore.

Banggood "promise to be delivered in"3 business days from the time of ordering" means nothing!

I ordered an RC car for my child's birthday. I ordered from them rather than eBay's "3-day free delivery" (which is usually here in 24 hours) because their price was a bit better, and the item had a "3-day delivery Garantie.”

The fine print states they "promise" to have it delivered to me within 3 "business days, and even says specifically to my home in Germany from their warehouse in CZ(see photo). When you dig deeper, the policy also states (see picture) that if they can't deliver the promise because of stock or other issues, they will email me immediately.

Cool, I would know if it won’t come on time, and I could cancel the order and buy on eBay.

Today is the day it should be here.

Yesterday I wrote them in a customer service chat and spoke of my concerns that it should be here the next day, and the status was "packing it now" for an entire two days. I referred to the Garantie.

I was told that was an "estimate" and I should be patient; they'll see it can be hurried up.

I referred to the "promise and sent a screenshot of the company's Agreement.

The agent then abruptly ended the chat so that I couldn't respond.

Later that day, I saw the status moved to “shipped,” with an estimate to arrive eight days later than promised and six business days later.

I was already disappointed in the Company, but at least now it's in the mail. May 4-year-old son will have to understand his big present isn't there to open on his birthday.

This morning I looked up the tracking info

TO SEE IT HASN’T EVEN LEFT THE WAREHOUSE YET!

"Shipped" only meant a tracking number was generated. Nothing more.

I wrote again in the chat, told them about the entire process, and expressed my unhappiness.

The agent completely lied and said it was already on its way and would be here in "1-4 business days.”

And, like the last agent, abruptly ended the chat, so I could no longer respond.

Maybe it's because I am American and used to a better customer service culture? For me, this is entirely unacceptable.

There would be sorries, managers, and discounts involved. Hell, the Last time something like this happened to me in the US, they GAVE ME THE ITEM FOR FREE!

If a company doesn't stand by its "guarantee" and “promised," how can I trust it for anything else? How can I trust they will take care when an item doesn't arrive or if it comes broken or falls apart with the European two-year warranty law?

I read many reports about the RC car I bought for my son that should be RTR "ready to run.” Review after review explains that a significant amount of work must be done tightening, greasing, and adjusting to use them. Sometimes even incorrect installation of parts. This is the same for many other RC cars. This doesn't seem to concern Bangood at all. There are no explanations from them under the Reviews. That means either many hours of work for someone very competent or at least as much as the car costs in labor to have it done by a professional.

I am glad I decided to try them out with a smaller item first. I will be ordering 10 of thousands of dollars in Equipment for my Business in the following weeks and have considered using them. Their prices are reasonable. But useless if I don't get things when I need them, and if I end up with faulty merchandise, I can't have it repaired.

So how is a company obligated when it doesn't fulfill l their guarantee?

If they want to offer lower prices and then “estimate” how long it will take for the order to come. That is fine, as long as it isn’t always much more time. I buy from other Global online stores that do that. They are cheaper than Bangood but have longer shipping times estimated within a two-week span (or more). I often get things from them sooner, usually in the estimated time, and sometimes later. Buying from the CZ EUR warehouse should be very predictable because the shipping times from the European shipping companies are correct, unlike those coming from china and hong kong, and the packages don’t have to go through unpredictable customs departmant.

I am even considering finally using the "Rights Insurance" I've been paying for years and have used to send a lawyer after them for not fulfilling their "Garantie!"

I'm sure that, as in the USA, Germany has laws that companies can't promise entirely untrue things.

I would try with them again if they completly reimburse me and let me keep the RC Car. I will have to go out and buy an RC car of much lesser value for 200+ euros more store because it is now too late to order online! (110€ was the price of the item from Bangood) Based on the reviews) I will then have to pay another 100euros to have this one fixed to RTR (ready to run) after it’s finally delivered, so my son can get it for Christmas. I won't pursue litagation if they significatly reemburse me, but that will probably be the end of my business with them; back to Alibaba.

Desired outcome: I would consider trying with them again if they completly reimburse me. I would try with them again if they completly reimburse me and let me keep the RC Car.

Banggood Order Cancelled - Difficult retund

Placed an order and paid (by Multibanco bank transfer), then waited a month while the website continued to say 'goods in the warehouse awaiting shipment'.

Bangood cancelled my order without giving a reason and put my money into BGPay (their own fund) after several hours of online discussion they finally agreed to refund to Paypal but did not cover the PP fees so I lost over €6 - I should be grateful I got my money back at all ! Will not be using Bangood in future.

Banggood Phone Doogee S59pro Ticket [protected]

I bought the phone less than a year ago that no longer works consistently. Banggood have all the necessary data. In order to replace this phone, I would have to pay you more than 200 € by now. Your employee has been dragging out this chat for almost 1 month and is now offering me €50. That is an impertinence!

What kind of service is that? I am entitled to a repair or replacement within the warranty period. Instead of a repair, can you please refund me the purchase price.

I bought a radio that never worked, I've been exchanging messages with Bangood since June 23, 2022 until now, I've explained all the details, as I'm an Engineer, I gave technical details that a common customer doesn't know how to give, how to measure the electric current with a voltmeter, and they continue to only respond every 2 days and with questions that I have already explained several times. Worst after-sales service I have ever met in my life, it gives the feeling that they are waiting for the customer to give up and be left with no money and a device that doesn't work.

Still no reply except your offer for partial refund! And your offer via email to me looking for repair BUT of i will do this i will most the cover for the warranty!

The item have warranty as you told me.
