I placed an order for a dresser and 2 nightstands from Bambi Baby Store on November 14. Finally, on January 19, the dresser arrived. Unfortunately, one of the drawers was damaged or stained incorrectly. I reached out to the company to address this issue, and initially, they were responsive and asked for all the necessary information. I provided them with pictures of everything. However, I have contacted them multiple times since then, and now they seem to be ignoring me. It's now April, and I still haven't received the 2 nightstands that I paid for, nor have I received any response regarding the defective drawer. It's been almost half a year, and I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in receiving my order.
