Tried to order a ring from this company but cannot verify that my order went though. Never received an email confirmation but my credit card was charged. Cannot reach them by phone, email or their "live chat" feature on their web page. At times, when you try to call the phone number you reach a recording that says "You've reached a nonworking number" When you do get through you just get a recording that says all customer service agents are busy, but you no one ever picks up. Even tried to reach them via their Facebook page and they actually BLOCKED me! I am very wary of this company now. I have found numerous complaints since I placed my order regarding their customer service as well as their products. Very disappointed as my husbands loves skulls and they appeared to have a great selection of skull jewelry... was going to give him the ring for Valentine's Day.
The sizes are incorrect. Grossly overcharge. No way to contact company. No phones answered or email either

This place is the worst. I too ordered a ring from these clowns and it was the biggest piece of ### I have ever seen. They say they have a no hassle guarantee but they will not return my email, so I can get a refund and return this garbage. FOLKS PLEASE DO NOT ORDER A RING OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THESE GUYS, there are better quality folks out there to get your rings and bracelets from.
I wish I had read here first. I got a ring for Christmas. The black all came off. They said send it back for exchange. months later no ring. I called only to find out they had lost it. Too bad. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with BADASS

sorry to hear about your issues with this company.. it is really sad to here, as i have personally had nothing but efficient service with excellent quality rings, that i could never get on ebay for the same price- believe me, i have certainly spent a fair few hours on ebay looking! i live in the south pacific and ordered using their standard(budget) intl. shipping option.. i have only ordered two 'silver' skull rings and both have arrived in under 10 days- detailing has been exceptional, high polish finish and has been a virtual duplicate of the original image as advertised. upon saying that though! i freely admit their advertisements of prizes to be won on their FB page never shows who won or any information on the winners- so i'm dubious of a few things of theirs especially in the area of scam advertising techniques, as described above.. getting people to like and comment on their posts with the proverbial carrot being dangled in front of peoples noses- with absolutely zero chance of winning anything.. when people see these likes, they automatically assume a positive perspective on the company and are tricked into a false sense of security.. so i definitely find this SUS.. BUT my own experience has been great.. it's perplexing
Do not pay the high prices for this jewelry. You can buy the same rings on eBay for less than $10.00. Their engraving is very low quality, you can't even read it. Save yourself a lot of money buy from ebay. When I contacted customer service of the low quality engraving they said "sorry they have a no return policy on engraved items".
There jerks are flat out scammers with a faulty product the ring i got turned my finger green! then when i returned it they never refund me and never confirmed they got it or anything and i even had them sign it upon delivery of the return. They also overprice everything Ive seen some of their product in Spencers for only $15...
