BackInTheSaddle Disappointing Experience with BackInTheSaddle: Multiple Mistakes and Poor Customer Service

I ordered some personalized mats for my wife from BackInTheSaddle for Christmas. I wanted all three mats to have the same farm name on them. Unfortunately, when the mats arrived, two of them had the wrong name on them. I contacted the company and they were able to replace the mats with the correct name. However, they charged my account for the incorrect mats even after I returned them. It took about a month to get everything sorted out.

Just when I thought everything was resolved, I received an email from BackInTheSaddle in February saying that my order was on the way. I was confused because I didn't place another order. I called the company and they assured me that it was just a mistake and that I wouldn't be charged again. But, to my surprise, I saw a charge from the company on my bank account. I also received an email from FedEx saying that a package was on its way. I had to contact the company again to get a refund.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with BackInTheSaddle. They made several mistakes with my order and charged me for items that I returned. Their customer service was not helpful and they didn't seem to care about my concerns. I will never do business with them again and I recommend that others avoid this company as well. They are extremely incompetent and not worth the hassle.

BackInTheSaddle Mediocre Quality and Hassle with Returns: My Experience with BackInTheSaddle

I recently made a purchase from BackInTheSaddle and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the items I received. While the catalog had some really cute items, the actual products were just mediocre. For example, I ordered a dress that looked amazing in the catalog, but when I received it, the fabric was cheap rayon and I could tell it would probably shrink after just one wash. Needless to say, I returned it.

However, I did keep the western shirt I ordered, even though the fabric was a stiff, hard-to-iron cotton. It was still cute and I figured I could make it work. The hoodie I ordered was also cute, but unfortunately, the zipper was missing some stitching. Luckily, I was able to fix it myself, so I decided to keep it.

Now, let's talk about the return shipping experience. I used their return shipping label for the first item I returned, but I was disappointed to find out that they deduct $7.95 from your return. On top of that, it took over three weeks for the return to be delivered, and I still haven't seen the credit on my account yet. For the second item I returned, I decided to use USPS First Class Package service with tracking, which only cost me $5. The item arrived at its destination in just five days, which was a huge improvement from my previous experience.

Overall, while the catalog has a lot of cute items, I probably won't be ordering from BackInTheSaddle again. The quality of the items I received was just not up to par, and the return shipping experience was a bit of a hassle. My advice to anyone considering ordering from them would be to avoid using their return package label and instead opt for USPS with tracking.

BackInTheSaddle Poor Customer Service Experience with BackInTheSaddle.com: Eyelet Western Blouse Review

I recently purchased an eyelet western blouse from BackInTheSaddle.com and I have to say, I was not impressed with their customer service. I called to get an update on the shipping ETA and was met with an automated telephone service that transferred me several times before I finally spoke to a representative.

Unfortunately, I had to speak to three different reps before I was transferred to Tiffany in customer service. She was unable to give me any further information on when my order would ship and refused to transfer me to a supervisor when I asked. Instead, she took the time to explain to me that she had worked there longer than the supervisors and seemed to have a possible promotion resentment problem.

Overall, I was not satisfied with the level of customer service I received. I called to get more information, but was not able to get any more than I had before the call. I feel that BackInTheSaddle.com needs to improve their customer service if they want to keep customers coming back.

This was my first order with the company and it will be my last. It's amazing how one conversation can make a person want to shop elsewhere. I even asked Tiffany to remove my name from their future mailing list. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work to improve their customer service in the future.

BackInTheSaddle Beware of BackInTheSaddle's Sneaky VIP Club - My Experience and Warning

So, I gotta tell ya, I had a bit of a rough time with BackInTheSaddle. I ordered a couple of things back in April of 2020, and I thought I was getting a sweet deal with a $30 coupon. But, turns out, that was just a sneaky way for them to sign me up for their VIP club and charge me $14.95 a month. I didn't even realize it until I sent both items back because they didn't work for me.

And get this - they kept charging me for over a year! I mean, I guess I should have read the fine print, but come on, who has time for that? I feel like they totally tricked me into this VIP service that I didn't even want. They ended up charging me $254.00 for it, which is just ridiculous.

I used to ask people to get me gifts from this company for special occasions, but I don't think I'll be doing that anymore. It's just not worth the risk of getting charged for something I didn't sign up for. My husband finally noticed the charges and asked me about it, or else I probably would have kept getting charged indefinitely.

So, moral of the story - be careful what you buy and sign up for on this website (or any other, for that matter). These little swindles can really add up, and it's embarrassing that I didn't catch it sooner. But, hey, we're all human, right? Just be aware and read the fine print, folks.

BackInTheSaddle Terrible Customer Service and Scam: My BackInTheSaddle Experience

I am so disappointed with BackInTheSaddle. I ordered a pair of Suffolk boots for my mom's Christmas present back in November, and I still haven't received them. I've called the company multiple times to check on my order, but their answering service is terrible and no one could tell me where my package is. It's been back-ordered over and over again, and I just found out that I won't be getting anything from them.

I'm so upset because I paid $250 for these boots two months early, and now I have nothing to give my mom for Christmas. BackInTheSaddle could have at least called me to let me know that my order wasn't coming, but they didn't. And after hours of being on the phone, I was told that I just wasn't getting anything.

This company has terrible customer service, and I feel like I've been scammed. They should have been more transparent about the status of my order, and they should have let me know that I wouldn't be receiving it. I'm so disappointed that they ruined my Christmas, and I will definitely be leaving bad reviews for them.

Also, I think they should take these boots off the internet so that other people don't get scammed like I did. It's not fair to sell a fake item and take people's money without delivering the product.

BackInTheSaddle Nightmare Experience with BackInTheSaddle: Delayed Orders and Poor Customer Service

I had a really bad experience with BackInTheSaddle. I ordered some Christmas gifts for my nieces on December 8th, but I didn't receive them until January 27th! It was a total nightmare. On December 14th, I got an email saying that my order was on backorder. I called them on December 16th and they told me that it would be ready on December 19th. But when I called them on the 20th, they said that it was still on backorder. I kept calling them every day, but they just kept giving me excuses.

Finally, on January 9th, I got an email saying that my order was ready to be shipped. But I had already waited too long, so I responded to the email on January 10th and canceled the order. I thought that was the end of it, but on January 27th, I got another email saying that my order was in the mail! I was so frustrated. I called them again and Tiffany told me to just reject the package. But when I called my local post office, they said that they couldn't stop the package midstream.

I called BackInTheSaddle again on January 31st and asked to speak to a supervisor, but Walter said that he could handle it. He couldn't. Then I spoke to Nikki, who was really rude and unhelpful. She said that there was no way they could stop the package. I was so angry and upset. But finally, on February 2nd, I spoke to Apostle Peter, who was the only person who seemed to care about what had happened. He said that they would refund me $59.90, but I asked about the shipping and he said that would have to be done on a different transaction. I couldn't believe it.

But two weeks later, I got a refund for both the $59.90 and the $10.49. It was a relief, but I was still so angry about the whole experience. I will never order from BackInTheSaddle or any of Potpourri's magazines again. It was just too much of a hassle and a headache.

BackInTheSaddle Disappointing Purchase from BackInTheSaddle.com: Chemical Smell, Poor Quality, and Sizing Issues

I recently made a purchase from BackInTheSaddle.com and I have to say, I was not impressed. I ordered a pair of ladies pajamas and a ladies top, and while they did arrive in about 10 business days and were packaged well, that's about the only positive thing I can say.

Upon opening the box, I was hit with a strong chemical smell coming from the clothing. I washed the items on a gentle cycle with gentle soap in cold water, but the smell persisted. The pajama fabric also had an almost crinkly paper feel to it, which was rough on my skin and not comfortable to wear. The stitching on both items was minimal and looked like it was done quickly to save money in manufacturing.

To make matters worse, the sizing was off. The pajamas ran small while the top ran large. The faux embroidery on the front of the top started to curl after just one wash, and the stitching along the hems was hit and miss.

Overall, I was disappointed with my purchase and wouldn't recommend ordering from this company unless you've seen and touched the product in person. They also keep $8 for returns, which is frustrating. I don't mind paying for quality, but unfortunately, BackInTheSaddle didn't deliver. I'm glad I didn't order the purse I had my eye on as well.

BackInTheSaddle Disappointed with BackInTheSaddle's Customer Service and Order Processing

So, I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough time with BackInTheSaddle. Like some others, I tried to order when their website was down, and ended up having to call in my order. The person who answered the phone didn't seem to know what was going on, and I was left feeling pretty unsure about whether my order had actually gone through.

After waiting around for a couple of weeks with no word, I decided to take matters into my own hands and reorder. This time, my order went through and was shipped out pretty quickly. But then, a week later, I noticed that another order had been processed through my bank account. What the heck?

I called up BackInTheSaddle to try and figure out what was going on, and was told that they had started processing new online orders before getting to the ones that had been placed over the phone while their site was down. Not cool, guys. I was told that I would have to wait until the package arrived and then refuse it in order to get my refund. And since they were using FedEx, which is notoriously slow and unreliable, I was looking at a pretty long wait.

To make matters worse, I live in a rural area and don't have anywhere to return or refuse a FedEx shipment. So I had to keep a close eye on the tracking information and make sure I was home when the package arrived. It was a real hassle.

Honestly, I think BackInTheSaddle should have prioritized the phone orders over the new online ones when they got their site back up and running. It's just common sense, you know? And it's not fair that they gave preference to people who were behind me in line just because they happened to be online at the right time. All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience, and I'm not sure I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

BackInTheSaddle Disappointing Experience with BackInTheSaddle: Sizing Issues and Poor Customer Service

So, my husband got me some clothes from BackInTheSaddle for Christmas. He ordered 3 shirts, a jacket, and a sweater. I was so excited to get them, but when I opened the package, I only got 2 shirts and the sweater. I was so disappointed that I didn't get the jacket, which was the one thing I really wanted. I waited for a week, but still no jacket. I called the company, but the people who answered the phone didn't know anything about my order. I kept calling back, but each time I got a different person who couldn't help me. Finally, I got someone who gave me the name and number of a person who could help me.

I called her, and she cancelled my original order because it was going to my sister's house, where we had Christmas. She placed a new order for the jacket to be shipped to our address. Finally, I got the jacket that I wanted, but it was a huge disappointment. The sleeves were so long that you couldn't even see my hands, the shoulders hung off about 4 inches, and the bust area was huge. The only part that fit was in the hips. When I looked at the picture of the jacket on the website, the sleeves didn't look that long.

I emailed the person in charge, and she said that sizing varies by different vendors and makers, just like in a store. She said that they have an unconditional return policy, and I could return it for a refund or exchange at any time. I was so frustrated because I had never tried on an item in the store that was so disproportionate in sizing. I feel like the company was negligent in their oversight on sizing, and they should pay for the return shipping and insurance.

Overall, I don't plan to buy from BackInTheSaddle or any of their other companies again. It's too bad because they have some cute stuff, but the hassle of dealing with their customer service and the disappointment of the sizing issues just isn't worth it.

BackInTheSaddle Disappointing Quality and Service from BackInTheSaddle: A Review

So, I was browsing the internet and stumbled upon BackInTheSaddle website. I was looking for a nice racing horse embroidered cap and I found one on their site. I was so excited to order it and paid thirty dollars including shipping. However, when the cap arrived, I was disappointed to see that it was not in a box but in a plastic bag all wrinkled. It was the poorest quality cap I have ever seen. There was no backing on the crown like the one on display. I tried it on and looked in the mirror and just started to laugh. How can they sell such garbage? I was so disappointed that I threw it in the garbage can.

I would not recommend buying from this company. They are a joke. I complained to them and they sent me an email saying they were sorry. However, that does not change the fact that they sold me a poor quality product. I was really looking forward to wearing that cap, but now I have to look for another one. I hope that other customers do not have to go through the same experience as me.

BackInTheSaddle BackInTheSaddle Review: Sneaky Fees and Slow Shipping - Not Worth Your Time or Money

I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled with BackInTheSaddle. I mean, I gave them a chance for 3 whole months, but then I noticed they were taking 15.99 out of my account every month for some "VIP program" that I never even signed up for! Can you believe that? I had to call them up and give them a piece of my mind, but they did eventually give me my money back. But still, it's the principle of the thing. How can I trust a company that pulls that kind of sneaky stuff?

And don't even get me started on how long it takes for their stuff to arrive. I mean, I know we're all used to Amazon Prime and everything, but come on. BackInTheSaddle takes forever to get your order to you, and even when they say you can track it, it's always just "in process" until the day it finally shows up. And if you try to call customer service to ask what's going on, they just brush you off like you're some kind of nuisance.

Honestly, there are so many other online stores out there that are way better than BackInTheSaddle. I wouldn't waste my time or money on them again if you paid me.

BackInTheSaddle Disappointing Experience with BackInTheSaddle: No Free Return Shipping

So, I recently had an experience with BackInTheSaddle and I gotta say, it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. I ordered a pair of sandals from them and unfortunately, they were too small for me. No biggie, right? I figured I'd just return them and get a bigger size. But here's the thing - they don't pay for return shipping, no matter what the reason for the return is.

Now, I don't know about you, but I don't exactly have money to throw around. So when I went to the post office to send the sandals back, I was pretty shocked to find out that it was going to cost me $17.32. That's almost half of what I paid for the sandals in the first place! And let's not forget that I also paid $13.99 for shipping when I originally ordered them.

I tried calling BackInTheSaddle to see if there was anything they could do to help me out, but it was a bit of a nightmare. The first person I talked to could barely speak English, which made it really hard to communicate. Eventually, I asked to speak to a manager and was told that their policy is to not cover return shipping for any reason.

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. It just doesn't seem worth it to buy from them if you're not 100% sure that you're going to keep what you order. So if you're thinking about shopping with BackInTheSaddle, I'd say it's probably best to stay away.

BackInTheSaddle Disappointing Experience with BackInTheSaddle: Slow Shipping and Poor Customer Service Ruined Christmas

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with BackInTheSaddle. I ordered a bunch of stuff for Christmas, like 2/3 of my list, and it took them forever to get it to me. They messed up my credit card info and didn't even bother to let me know. I had to call them myself two weeks later just to find out what was going on. I told them I needed the stuff before Christmas or I was gonna cancel the order, and they promised me they'd expedite it with FedEx and I'd get it in 3-5 days. But let me tell you, that was a load of bull. I got a notification from FedEx, but it took over 6 weeks for the package to actually show up - and that was AFTER Christmas. I finally called FedEx myself and they told me that BackInTheSaddle had shipped it with their slowest service, which is even slower than regular old parcel post. I mean, come on. I've ordered from these guys before and it's always been a little slow, but never this bad. And to make matters worse, they said it would take 6 weeks to get a refund. That's just ridiculous. They totally ruined Christmas for me and my family. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

BackInTheSaddle Poor Customer Service and Communication from BackInTheSaddle

I recently made a purchase from BackInTheSaddle for my friend's birthday and Christmas. The website promised to send a confirmation email once my items were shipped. However, after a week of waiting, I still hadn't received any confirmation. I decided to check the website to see what was going on with my order. To my surprise, I found out that one of the items I ordered was backordered. I was disappointed that they didn't inform me about this earlier.

I decided to reach out to their customer service team to inquire about when the item would be back in stock. Unfortunately, I never received a response from them. This left me feeling frustrated and unsure about the status of my order. As a result, I had to attend my friend's birthday party empty-handed, which was embarrassing.

To make matters worse, I still haven't received either of the items I ordered. I decided to send another email to their customer service team, but I'm not sure if they will even bother to respond. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I don't think I will be ordering from BackInTheSaddle again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone either. It's disappointing to see a company that doesn't value its customers.

BackInTheSaddle Disappointing Customer Service Experience with BackInTheSaddle

I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with BackInTheSaddle. Let me tell you all about it. So, I got this gift from someone and it was one of their "exclusive" products. I was pretty excited to try it out, but unfortunately it just wasn't my cup of tea. So, I thought, no big deal, I'll just exchange it for something else. But when I contacted customer service, they told me I had to get the contact information of the person who gave me the gift in order to do the exchange. Can you believe that? I mean, I don't want to go to the gift giver and tell them I didn't like their gift and want to exchange it. That's just awkward, you know?

And to make matters worse, the exchange would be linked to the gift giver's account, so they could find out! So much for the "unconditional" guarantee, right? I mean, their website says, "IF FOR ANY REASON YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT, SIMPLY RETURN IT FOR A PROMPT AND COURTEOUS EXCHANGE, CREDIT, OR REFUND OF THE MERCHANDISE PURCHASE PRICE..." But apparently, gifts don't fall under that category. I was pretty disappointed, especially since they have some really great products.

Overall, I would say that BackInTheSaddle has some work to do when it comes to customer service. I understand that they have policies in place, but they should be more flexible when it comes to gifts. I mean, it's not like I'm trying to scam them or anything. I just want to exchange a gift that didn't work out for me. So, if you're thinking about shopping with BackInTheSaddle, just be aware that their customer service might not be up to par.

BackInTheSaddle Beware of Back in the Saddle's VIP Membership Scam - Misleading and Difficult to Cancel

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about the VIP membership thing on BackInTheSaddle.com. I thought I was signing up for a one-time fee of $14.95 that was just for Back in the Saddle, but turns out it's actually run by some other company that charges $14.95 EVERY MONTH. They give you a free month at first, but then they start racking up charges before you even know what's going on. It's not easy to find the terms of the membership, and it's even harder to cancel it without calling customer service and dealing with all that hassle. I'm really disappointed that Back in the Saddle is associated with this kind of thing, and I'm pretty ticked off that I fell for another one of these membership tricks. Come on, Back in the Saddle, you're better than this! You should take this off your website ASAP.

BackInTheSaddle Disappointing Customer Service and Order Processing from BackInTheSaddle

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with BackInTheSaddle. I mean, come on, in this day and age, how can a company have such terrible customer service and still be in business? It's just not right.

First of all, their order processing time is ridiculous. It takes them 7-10 business days just to process an order, when most companies can do it in 1-2 days. And then, to top it off, they ship via snail mail with US Mail. I mean, seriously? I ordered something on December 4th, and it won't even leave their warehouse until December 17th at the earliest. And then, with shipping time, it probably won't even arrive by Christmas. What a bummer.

To make matters worse, one of the items I ordered is on back order and won't be back in stock for 3-4 weeks. Why do they even show it as in stock when you order it? It's just misleading and frustrating. If I had known, I would have ordered something else.

And don't even get me started on their customer service. The agents barely speak English and only have canned responses. I called in three times to try to get some answers, and I got nowhere. It's just not acceptable.
