I purchased 3 items in August and when I received they were cheap. I opened the plastic bag they came in and could see and felt the fabric. I closed the bags and never took them out. I immediately sent an email to the company and heard nothing so I sent another and again nothing. After two weeks of no response I mailed it back to an address that was on the top left of the mailer. Now they claim they never received it.
