I was assigned to an agent, Elise Luteran, who I felt bullied me into buying items that I didn't need, she never discussed alternative options for myself ... my husband which would've made such a difference.
On March 9th, I asked Elise to be re-assigned to another agent with Avoya, ... this has not has not happened, I have been trying for over a week to obtain an agent with Avoya Travel, nothing is documented in my file for a re-assignment.
Each person who reaches out to me share the customer service toll-free phone number. When I call, I am told that customer service cannot help with a new re-assignment. So it goes around ... around.
I will never ever use them again, hope this lets others know how badly they treat their clients
Recommendation: Use any other travel agency other than Avoya Travel
