Avetta – Thieves

We had an employee sign up for a trial to determine if the services offered by Avetta would be of use to our firm. Within a couple of days of the "trial" our credit card was charged nearly 4k. We explained to the billing department the services they offer were of no benefit to us and wanted this refunded. After much back and forth via email, and many attempts to "sell" us on their company we were then ghosted. I reached back out and then was given a "sorry we can't refund after 30 days" which was never mentioned prior. Check the BBB and if there is another company that offers similar services go with them first.
