AutoZone - Customer service

I don't appreciate the way the staff was treating me at this location 2145 W Lincoln Ave, Anaheim, CA 92801, I work for a delivery company and we have Arco fleet cards that we are allowed to use for fuel and vehicle maintenance my boss is assigned one and I am assigned one it doesn't have nobody's name on the card it has the business name on the card and the signature panel says valid without signature the manager refused to let me use the card and said that the person whose name is on the card has to come down in use the card the card does not have a person's name on it it has the business name on it and you can't sign it it's says valid without signature where you would sign and I kindly tried to explain that to him but he refused to listen to me I even offered to wait while why they called the number on the back of the card to verify that I am the authorized user of the card which they also refused the company I work for spends a lot of money every month on automotive related expenditures and AutoZone has now lost a very valuable customer I don't think I ever want to come back to AutoZone again after the way I was treated by your employees they embarrassed me and made me look like some kind of criminal also the security guard should also chill out and not be so willing to pull out his pepper spray on someone that hasn't done anything wrong as they're getting ready to walk out the door because that made me feel very uncomfortable and was really out of line I was not rude I did not raise my voice and I sure didn't steal anything I think your employees at the store need to go to some kind of training or something to learn how to properly treat your customers otherwise you're going to lose a lot of them thank you
