This was new, you stay in your car as it’s being automatically cleaned (lasted not more than 2 minutes), drive your car out and stop where directed. Sat down prepared to wait, and I kid you not, within 5 minutes they were done (assuming high school age guys). So I tipped them as I generally do, got home to discover they had not touched the back of my SUV. I go back, have them clean as they should have plus the windows were horrible. My advice, save your time and money!
