I sold my 2019 *** benz GLC 350e to Autobahn Motors on April 9th
I sold my 2019 *** benz GLC 350e to Autobahn Motors on April 9th. They said they would give me a check for $1620.80, which is the difference between the sale price and the amount I still owed on the car. They also promised to deposit the money directly into my bank account on 04/12/2022. I've been calling them every day, but I still haven't gotten my money. I'll include the check request they gave me.
My car caught on fire on July 27
My car caught on fire on July 27. I already got the report from the fire department. I tried to find someone to help me claim the loss at the dealer, but they don't want to help me and their service is really bad. They just want to ignore my claim. Please help me with that if you can. Also, please help me with the translator if possible. My primary language is Chinese (Cantonese). Thank you very much. I'm excited to hear from you soon.
My car caught on fire in July
My car caught on fire in July. I've been trying to reach someone at Autobahn Motors, but no one seems willing to help. Their customer service is really bad. I filed a claim on ComplaintsBoard.com last month and received a message from someone who said they would help me contact their manager in ***. However, when I tried calling that person, no one answered the phone. I left a message, hoping for a call back, but no one responded. It's been over 2 months and I'm still waiting for a response. Can you please help me with this? I'm really disappointed with their service when my car had an issue.

I sold my 2017 *** GLE 350 in May while it was still under the original factory warranty
I sold my 2017 *** GLE 350 in May while it was still under the original factory warranty. I asked for a refund of the unused extended warranty and dent coverage I bought when I got the car as a Certified Preowned Vehicle in July. They said they'd give me a refund if I sold the car, like they always do. But here's the thing, they've been ignoring my refund requests even though I've been emailing and calling them since May. I even emailed the boss, and they sent me a form on July 27th, which I sent back right away. Then on July 31st, they asked for the form again, and I sent it again. But they haven't said anything about getting it or given me an update. They owe me around $5000. Can you help me out? Thanks!
I bought a 2012 Acura TL from Autobahn, which had issues
I bought a 2012 Acura TL from Autobahn. After bringing it home, the car leaked oil all over my driveway. The coolant was empty, and there was no oil left at all. Oil was everywhere the next morning. I needed the car for work, so I didn't have time to tow it back to Autobahn. I got the car fixed and contacted the manager. He said they wouldn't cover any repairs. When I bought the car, they said their mechanics checked it. I'm lucky I didn't get into an accident since there was no oil or coolant. I spent over 1.5k on all the repairs. Overall, it was a bad customer experience, and they don't check their used cars before selling them. It's very dangerous for buyers. They didn't offer anything to resolve the issue. The car still has multiple other issues. The oil leaked because of a broken seal or cap on the oil pan. It's a costly repair, and now it may need a new alternator.
02/07/2022 I tried to buy a car from Autobahn Motors at a certain location
On 02/07/2022, I attempted to purchase a vehicle from Autobahn Motors. I conversed with a salesperson and we viewed the car. We agreed to proceed with the purchase after its inspection. However, during my work hours, a salesman pressured my girlfriend for a down payment, claiming another buyer's interest. Despite the pending inspection, we lost the chance to buy. After persistent aggressive calls, I instructed her to allow the sale but request managerial intervention to cease the harassment. When she did, the salesman rudely dismissed her and ended the call abruptly.
Me and my wife bought a Certified Pre *** from Autobahn Motors on 4/4/2022
Me and my wife bought a Certified Pre *** from Autobahn Motors on 4/4/2022. They gave us papers saying the car never had an accident. We noticed a few things that seemed weird before buying it, like paint problems on the trunk and overspray on the tires and front window. But the salesperson told us the car was never in an accident. A couple of days later, we saw a big bubble on one of the front tires. We were worried about safety, so the dealership paid for a new tire. I also noticed that the horn cap on the steering wheel was loose. This made me wonder if the car had been in an accident or if the airbag had been replaced. I texted the salesperson and set up a time to bring the car in for repairs. Today (8/7/22), we found out from another dealership that the car was actually in an accident on 3/24/2022 when Autobahn Motors had it. We feel like they lied to us, and we would have never bought the car if we knew the truth. It's really upsetting that a supposedly trustworthy business would do something like this. We don't feel safe driving this car anymore! I'm attaching the Car Fax they gave us and the Experian Vehicle History Report we got today.
Grossly dishonest sales people!
I had just gotten divorced and they saw "naive" coming. I had 4 witnesses at work meet with me & the salesman, I believed what he said he would do, replace the front bumper, complete extended warranty, etc. I failed to get this in writing. Pick up the car, sign, sorry, you signed, it is not in writing. My witnesses wrote letters, too bad. As a result I have lost a few thousand and I am not a rich person, single self supporting female. Now I'm stuck w/this mess for 3 years until it is paid off. There should be something that can be done for grossly dishonest sales people that use people for financial gain.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Since complaint been filed in the federal court, DMV & BAR & DCA respond, currently waiting for Federal court desition, but if they have done their routines inspection this wouldn't happen!
The Brewer of automotive repair may want to get involved also the DMV inspector I would notify these two companies look contact your local DMV and asked to speak to the inspector and he'll get involved and make sure this gets settled right.
Breaking NEWS: SAN FRANCISCO (CN) — A federal judge this week again dismissed with leave to amend a lawsuit claiming Mercedes Benz defrauded customers by having designated service shops install third-party parts at Mercedes prices.
Lead plaintiff Steve Ferrari lobbed claims of fraud and conspiracy at Mercedes and its dealerships in a federal lawsuit filed this past September.
Ferrari and 18 named co-plaintiffs said Mercedes "directly participated" in the fraud scheme by stating on its website that its dealers only use genuine Mercedes parts, despite knowing that information was false.
The complaint also accuses dealerships Autobahn Motors and Sonic Automotive of reselling original parts to third parties, using non-original parts to repair customer vehicles, and then charging customers Mercedes prices for non-genuine parts.
In February, U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers dismissed the complaint with leave to amend, finding in part that the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act does not authorize holding companies like Mercedes liable for allegedly "aiding and abetting" a fraud scheme.
On May 10, Gonzalez Rogers again granted Mercedes and its dealerships' motion to dismiss the lawsuit with leave to amend.
Mercedes had argued in court filings that Ferrari's first amended complaint suffered from the same defects as its original lawsuit — namely that it was "rife with contradictions" on Mercedes' role in the alleged conspiracy.
For instance, the complaint claims Mercedes knew of and actively concealed the scheme, but it also states Mercedes "should have known" about the use of non-original parts and that it "could have found out all about the non-OEM fraud."
Autobahn said in its motion to dismiss that the plaintiffs failed to adequately allege the existence of RICO enterprise because there was no "distinct enterprise conduct" between Autobahn and its employees.
The dealerships also argued the plaintiffs failed to specify what representations the dealerships made to plaintiffs that led them to believe the replacement parts would be original equipment manufacturer, or OEM, parts.
Mercedes attorney Robert Hawk of Hogan Lovells in Menlo Park and Autobahn attorney Bruce Nye of Adams Nye in San Francisco did not immediately return phone calls seeking comment Friday morning.
Ferrari's attorney, Herman Franck of Sacramento, did not return an emailed request for comment on Friday.
The plaintiffs have until May 31 to file a second amended complaint.

I BOUGHT MY CAR FROM DENNIS AND JOE IN VINELAND N.J. DONT BUY A CAR THERE THEY DONT HONOR THE WARRANTIES AND THEY LIE TO THE CUSTOMERS WONT FIX ANY PROBLEMS MECHANIC LEAVES BOLTS OFF ALL HE DOES IS SELL THEM DONT WANT TO HELP YOU AT ALL RUDE IGNORANT DISHONEST AND A MONEY GRUBBING IDIOT A MILLVILLE N.J. RESIDENT
PS He is independent has no other shop, much less in Texas
I went to the same shop with my Ferrari 348Ts. He charged me a fraction of what the Ferrari dealer charges. My engine lights that have been on for years (on and off) finally went out and stayed out until this day. Later on a return visit they fixed my alternator and did some work for $250. Ferrari (I do like Ferrari of Washington FYI) would have charged me thousands. Jim the owner even helped me when my car stopped on York road after hours. I never knew him before this, but found him very honest. He even drove me home personally!

I UNDERSTAND THERE IS A jAMES M.HALL TRADING UNDER THE STYLE OF AUTOBAHN MOTORS, INC IN MONKTON MD 21111 AT 16625 YORK ROAD :
IS THIS AN AUTHORIOZED BMW/MERCEDES OUTFIT ?
I know the one in SA tx *starcrest*, the owner is dishonest.
He over charged me for parts and the outcome of my vehicle was worse then ever.
he said he couldnt fix it but I should pay for ALL new parts.
I decided to take it to a nearby autorepairs shop and turns out it was just a burnt out wire. So, no need for $3ooo something dollars for ALL new engine parts.
