Unfair business renewal when contract should end when it says it does.
My contract ended in November, I thought that was it until early December when I called because I did not see that it ended. They said I need to send a termination email which I did but now I have to pay through March. It is not right when the contract said it ends in November and because I did not send a letter to terminate I have to pay from December through March because I called in early December. This seems so unfair. They say they do autorenewals to make the process easier but for who? You have to remember before your contract ends 3 months before to send a letter of termination. This does not make the process easier, only for them, not the consumer... The contract should expire when the end date says so, not put the consumer in a situation that we have to remember 3 months before it expires to terminate. This is an unfair and misleading business practice by Regus.
Recommendation: They are unfair in their business practice of contract and renewal.
