Rip off of aut0 purchased from auto traders of florida

Purchased a kia optima 2003 with 300, 000 miles. It was waranteed to on motor etc. Purchased car january 31st. On march 30th the motor blew and i had to pay to have it towed to orlando florida from ocala, florida. Dealer refuses to honor warantee claiming oil was not changed in the 2000 miles it was used. I am out $2000 dollars cash they insisted i give them for car as a down payment before they would give me a loan on the car, payments were $434 per month for 3 years. Now i am stuck.
