This was the first time I have used Auto House Tempe but the fourth time I have used the services of *** and I can highly recommend their services. The car buying process can be a bit stressful but they make it relatively hassle-free and work with you to get the exact vehicle you are looking to purchase.

Tod Hale with Auto House helped me find the perfect new car. With not much inventory, he was able to find a Jeep Grand Cherokee through one of the local dealers. The buyer had apparently backed out last minute and Tod was able to pick up the vehicle, bring it to my house and let me test drive it - I never stepped foot in the dealership. Once I told him I wanted the car, he then got me the price and came back the next day with the vehicle and all the paperwork for me to sign. I signed everything at my kitchen table with no pesky salesman trying to upsell me on extended warranty and the like. Tod was patient and responsive during the entire process and I would highly recommend him to find your next car.

I had my current car break down, so was referred to Tod H at autohouse tempe to buy a new one. He was able to bring vehicles to my home to test drive, and worked fast to find me a vehicle with my requested parameters within the budget I gave him. Delivered the car to my apartment, got me a low rate, and signing the paperwork was extremely easy. Great service, highly recommended.

Having seen the process of going through a dealership to get a car, I can say that having gone to Auto House, especially Tod H, that this has been the quickest and easier sale ever. I was able to talk to Tod about my budget and what I was looking for. We were able to find a car that was within my budget and reach all of my requirements. The entire search took a few hours and Tod was able to finalize the deal by the next morning. They also went over what each document and paper I signed entailed and meant before signing finish. Overall, when I or someone I know needs a car I will definitely be referring them to Auto House and Tod H.

Tod H was great from start to end. We had a specific request for a Cummings Deiseal 2500, any color, and even though these things a nearly impossible to find, Tod DID IT! We did everything remotely with exception of delivery of the truck. So simple and easy. Tod at Auto House will be getting my referrals to friends/family and repeat business in the future!

Presale experience was great sales person was calling and following up every hour on the sale. Wire transfer went out on 5/27 and car was paid for full. Communication became worse by the day. Today is 06/4. Communication about shipping is ambiguous everyday. Dealer included shipping in the sale price of the car. A sold vehicle is currently being held hostage at their dealership to leverage a cheap shipping quote while the customer has been waiting for 9 days on their $96,000.00 purchase. I highly discourage you from buying your vehicle from this dealer. Do not deal with Amir Saad. He will dodge you once the sale is complete.

My experience at Auto House with Tod was the best and easiest car experience I've had thus far. It was easy and not stressful. He made it easy. He was friendly, patient, funny, he listened to my wants and requirements in a car; and acted on it. I plan on purchasing my next car from him and sending him referrals!
