While waiting for flight, at Dallas Love Airport, we got 2 pretzels, one was fine, the other was burnt, black and hard and cold. I took it back to the girl and asked her, "Could I get a pretzel that is not burnt?" She just stared at me with a blank stare, I thought maybe she didn't understand English or something, so I said, "This pretzel is not edible."...

I waited in line behind 2 airport workers who stood there while myself and my grandson waited on the lady that was serving to take their orders and get their orders...I guess I'm old fashioned but I really thought these two men would have allowed me to place my order before theirs as they were only getting drinks but...unfortunately for them they didn't think of any manners even though it was obvious I wasn't an airport employee and didn't have time to just stand around. I hope they do better in the future! I mention this because it took a her a while because she was telling her personal stories to her co-worker who was in the back (visible) doing something else. She was very vocal about her story and I wasn't sure if it was personal or job related but, nonetheless she took forever as she wasn't able to work in a timely manner and tell her "story." She finally took our order which was just 2 cups of pretzel nuggets 1 cinnamon/sugar 1 plain buttered. We went all the way back down the corridor to get our plane. The cinnamon and sugar one was for my son so I gave him his. I took one of the nuggets and thought "these seem stale"; so I took another...YES they are stale...well by that time it was time to board and I didn't have time to go all the way back to get my money back! So needless to say I would like my money back! I can only hope you all are honest and will refund my money in a timely manner. As you can see my total refund due me is $9.45. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope the young lady will be spoken to in a respectful manner that will educate her as to "true" customer service.
abusive rude pretzel maker, mean to customers doesn't give right order
i went to auntie anne's pretzels and had a pretzel special ordered and made a certain way. I do this all the time and have never had a problem. This time however, on a sunday, there was a very obese very rude [censored] with blonde hair working and making the pretzels. I have worked for Annie's for a very long time. I have seen people come and go with some sadness. Management has changed, and although it was thought to be a good thing, I see many problems that have caused distress. There is favoritisim with management. I am happy to say that the former employee from Auntie Annes has been let go ...again, the DM who runs the store was on holiday when she was rehired and when he got back yesterday and was told by another employee he then contacted her and told her that her services were no longer required and also that the Corp Office will make sure she is never to be rehired again...now I'm content.

I used to work at Auntie Annes with this woman that never washjed her hands prior to rolling dough, she has been seen not washing her hands after using the bathroom, smoking a cigarette and the worst is she has been seen by customers and other Mall Workers picking her nose and wiping her hand on her apron then goes right back to rolling the dough, I cannot...
