January 2026 signed up to try the estimating system as a 90-day pilot. Customer service was terrible always put on hold then phone line would drop before I could talk to anyone. The billing department debited my account in March way before the contract date. First payment was supposed to be billed May 1st, 2026.
I have been trying to get a refund since March 30th only to be told they are in the reviewing process.
Recommendation: Stay away from this company. Worst service
Update on my review. It is now 8-10-26 and still no refund. They are now replying that they sent a check on 6-26-26 and it was cashed. But we did not receive any check from them. I have called every week to get a update only to be told they are waiting for there department to look into it. They should of been able to get a copy of the cashed check so we can see who cashed it by now.
