Went in store and purchased the chicken fried burger. It was so thin and so tough and absolutely overpriced at $11.95.

My husband purchased a junior burger for $2.95 and it was amazing. There is no way I will purchase and further chicken meals from you. This is the second time now, the first time was when you started with chicken burgers and it was just as bad. Your advertising sucks because they make the meals look so good. I complained last week and have heard nothing back from you which I must admit is apparently (according to reviews) par for course with only 2% answered out of 671 complaints. I don’t have my docket now because after I put my complaint in I threw it in the bin. I think it was 388 but who knows.

I ordered a double bacon deluxe burger today with onion rings (large) got the burger/rings and left, when I got home there was ketchup on my burger!

A bacon double cheese burger (or as you now call them bacon deluxe) does not have ketchup..

I hate ketchup and always make sure that anything I have that would come with ketchup it is removed, however now I ordered something that does not have and they put it on.

I want this replaced, also think you should give my wife and I both a complete carolina jack's fried chicken (spicy) in additional to replacing my bacon deluxe burger,
