I purchased Havana Buffet 2 Door on the 16th of July. And I came home to start assembling the buffet. The structure wasn’t stable. The leg was starting to collapse. It was dangerous and not safe. We pulled it apart, we put it back in the box. Brought it back to the showroom, refunds wasn’t given as revised/blamed by customer support and management that the way of the structure wasn’t stable due to my fault and not manufacturer’s fault.

We bought this above lounge suite from fantastic furniture, nunawading.
We are not happy with the comfort and wished we didn't buy the lounge.
We felt we were stuck.. Even looked at selling it..
Then I thought about a money back guarantee.
We looked at the website and see there is a 60 day money back guarantee..
We hated it from the start.. But didn't realise the guarantee.. We have now had it for 2.5 months.. Missed the guarantee by about 16 days...
What can we do, as we think the lounge is a complete waste of money. It's is not comfortable at all, and we are very unhappy and dis-satisfied customers.
I have tried calling the nunawading store, with no answer. Their phone keeps ringing out.
What can we do? We have spent $2, 214 on a lounge that has no comfort what so ever.
