Hungry Jack's Australia - non payment of refund or replacement, unethical behaviour, violent behaviour, rudeness

Several months ago this skinny white man (who I do not know his name) claiming to be a manager was extremely rude to me when I showed him a defect with my burger. It was after hours so he had to come outside. He initially refused to replace the meal and got real agitated finally he snatched the bag from my hand and violently smashed the door.

I have had several problems with this man as he is so rude and never any problem with the other staff.

Today the 21 August 2019 this same man created a huge problem as the previous night around midnight I was given a defective burger but the dark skinned manager who is always nice said "no problem come back tomorrow and we will replace the order or refund". She said she would leave instructions for the day manager under the name "Dany" and it was no problem.

So today the 21 Aug I sent my nephew there as its on his way home from school and the man refused to give the refund or replacement. At a later time I came down myself and he was extremely rude saying "its just not happening" or "not gonna happen" and "I suggest you leave" and finally, "I strongly suggest you leave".

I went into the store and asked the other manager who was about to give the refund but this man intervened and stopped it from occuring. The man called the police. The police asked to move the car and said to lodge a complaint with head office. So that is what I am doing now.

I respectfully request a refund it cost almost $20 and for me thats a lot of money as I am a 64 year old centrelink sole carer of a minor with low blood pressure and anxiety.

I also respectfully request that the man is reprimanded as he cannot treat people this way.

I would also respectfully request a refund for my meal which was around $19.70 from memory as it is a special order with things removed and extras added.
