Quality of food and place -
This place is actually the worst and most dirtiest McDonald’s I have ever been too. They definitely need a work health and safety check for the whole work place so the food is right to eat for people and where your meant to sit down and eat is always dirty they don’t clean/wipe down the tables the most I’ve ever seen them do is mop the floors that’s it the toilets are horrendous I don’t even wanna know what it is like where they are cooking food for people to eat.
Customer service -
None of the worker know what they are doing even the mangers they are completely clueless the food definitely sits there all day the amount of times they have given cold food or disgusting beef or chicken they eat out of the food they are cooking for the customers I will never be returning they hiring anyone these days no one with knowledge at all ! These mangers and employees at this McDonald’s are absolutely terrible at what they are working for.
McDonald's - product and service not happy
Place a 80 dollar order and the food is cold and there give you the wrong food when you ask for fresh and get told no will be going to aca not happy at all will not be going to use mcdonald's again if nothing happens to this store and the customer service and the food it should be closed down and when you get told by the manager go right a head it make me wonder about this store
Absolutely disappointing attitude from the manager at fountain gate. Good took exactly 1hour. We then realised our order was wrong. Salad was placed poorly in a burger box, (thrown in) no dressing and 2 tiny cut up prices of chicken. The so called manager was too busy on her phone to come speak to us, when she finally did after 20 minutes she was rude, raising her voice in a restaurant full of customers. Never in my life have I been so embarrassed. Will never step foot in the fully renovated Mac Donald’s again.
