Hungry Jack's Australia

On 31st December 2020 @ 10.29pm, I ordered through Hungry Jacks app. The app let me place the order, then went to payment page and let me put in my bank card numbers, and then took the money out of my bank account which was $55.85 in total, but the shop was actually closed. My order didn't actually go through, but they still took the money for the order. I have tried to call, I have emailed, I have called my bank and they can't reverse it. I need a refund asap, I am extremely angry.
