Atlantic Cell Phone Repair

I messaged Atlantic Cell Phone Repair Ltd on August 3 with pics of my messed up IPad. I had them fix it before on June 11 so I thought I'd go back. *** told me it would cost $130 + tax since I already had a previous repair. I confirmed the price until August 7th. I took my *** in today and the person there questioned the price. I showed him the email from *** and the repair tech, ***, said it was a flat $130. When I got home, *** called me and said the price was wrong. He waited until 4:15 to call me back knowing I live an hour away and they close at 5 pm. He still wouldn't honor the price even though I showed him all the messages. They put a tempered glass screen saver on it and it's cracked in the same spot as before. They said they had the parts but when I got there they didn't. The person who waited on me asked if I wanted to pay today. I should have cuz it would have been $130 + tax. I have all the messages if you want them.
