Company phone number is a free google number and you will never reach anyone who respond or explain the situation.
Very sneaky and thief company.
They only looking to screw you and don't pay you.
They have banks shops and the banks are not aware of how they screw mystery shoppers and don't pay them.
Banks must not hire those thieves.
I will report them to the vendor dep of the banks.
Stay away from them if you want not to be scewed.

They are very cynical and use uncanny methods to discriminate. Like unsubscribing people from the e-mailing list and deleting applications.
Very disrespectful.

Job Assignment Payout
I accepted and completed a job in 2/2021 and have yet to be paid to date. For me to even have to complete this form is very unnecessary. I completed a contract job and was in line with the posted guidelines and requirements posted at the time of acceptance. My evaluation was not paid out due to a reason I did not expect as an exclusion and since it wasn't listed as a requirement in 2/21 then payment for my time and services should be made.
Desired outcome: My desired resolution is payment for my completed job as contracted

i was sent an email on a cell phone shop i was to pick the locations to go shop with instructions of questions to ask i did six shops which came to $120 that i should of earned but after it was over they claimed i did not do some things right like picking shops that should been approved this is not what i was told, i just was told to pick some shops that was t mobile and some competitors to them so i did like i was told. its a sham people who own this business want to go back on there word by making an excuse that i picked some that was not approved. i was never given a list to pick from so i was not done right on this matter. i hope nobody wants to do work for them cause even though they are a really business this is not right that i was done this way
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I recently did a credit card shop for Ath where I had to take a train into the city and shop the given store and buy $200 worth of goods. I was then to apply for their credit card when I checked out. Upon check out I found that they did not have a credit card and so I could not complete the job. I tried contacting the scheduler, Jason, many times. He was not easy to get in touch with. He, finally, hours later asked if I obtained proof of my visit, like a business card. I said that I had the GeoVerify code and asked if that was sufficient. Hours later he gets back to me (I am now on the train home) and tells me to get a business card so they can pay me $20. He later says he is going to transfer a different survey to my Shop Log so I can fill it out to get paid the $20 (it was a $200 shop and now hardly worth my lost day in the city). He never did post the shop to my page. I emailed him several times and now I am blown off. I feel used and abused as a shopper. If other companies treated me like this my shopping days would be over. I am now done with Ath as they have lost my respect and don't feel they operate from a place of integrity. Goodbye Ath.
I recently performed a shop for Ath and was treated very unfairly. I have been mystery shopping for eight years and have a very good reputation with the companies I shop for. I submit accurate reports in a timely manner and take pride in doing a good job. Let me say that this negative review isn't about the $22.00 I wasn't paid. I do shops for the enjoyment and not the money.
On this very lengthy bank report for Ath, I was told that I "shopped the wrong person" as you can see below and this is a direct quote from my shop log;
"Per the shopper guidelines, you are supposed to meet with a banker/BCR. Unfortunately, the client will not accept shops from a Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer. As a result, we can't use this shop or pay you for it. Thanks."
I had no control over who the bank personnel directed me to even though I stated clearly what the guidelines told me to say when I entered the bank. Since you just read their comments as to why I wasn't paid you can understand where I'm coming from. I performed the shop and reported on the service I received very accurately and in detail. If I had said that I didn't want to talk to a Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer, it would have given me away for sure. Anybody who is a mystery shopper knows you just can't do that without the risk of giving away your identity. I have contacted Ath about this and have had no response other than the comments left on my shop log. To this date, no one has responded to my emails or addressed my issue. I have never had a problem with any of the companies I represent except for Ath. There are many, many other mystery shopping companies out there that will treat you fairly and I hope that you don't have to learn a hard lesson like I did. Avoid this company and have fun shopping for others who don't try to find reasons not to pay you for the work you have done.
