My property is *** and I reported my bathroom leaking on 8/13 and for 2 years my bathroom continues to leak and smell. Tile was falling off, mold was growing and Ruby G continued to ignore my text messages and phone calls as always. She finally told me to talk to zack and he never responded. On 6/5 my shower wall of tile fell in on me while I was showering. The maintenance man finally came out and took 2 weeks to fix and Ruby gave me keys to a empty dirty apartment to shower in. Ruby G lies about communication and blames you that she hasn’t heard from you. Make sure to document everything before renting from This company, and please avoid Ruby G as she is very unprofessional and rude and mean. Beware Beware Beware!
