Zafar and Guria were absolutely amazing! Not only were they professional, they were very friendly and immediately knew how to fix the wasp infestation I had. They found the source of the infestation and got rid of it right away. They even stayed behind for 15 minutes to make sure everything was okay! I would recommend ASM pest control to anyone needing this type of service. Thanks again Zafar and Guria!

Regarding ASM Pest Control: I was really impressed with Fazar M who was completely honest with me in alerting me that the first application might not completely succeed in getting rid of what is sometimes referred to as "stink bugs". As warned, Fazar did have to return for a second visit, but he did not charge any more, and this time he succeeded in getting rid of the bug.

Zafar from ASM was extremely professional and provided amazing service. He took his time by identifying the issue with ants entering my house. The best thing I witnessed in ASM which I have never experienced anywhere else is that Zafar called me for a follow up to see if I noticed any difference . Most of the companies will provide one time service and not follow up. Infact Zafar said he will come back until the problem is not solved. I felt like I'm on good hands with ASM pest control .

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from ASM. Zafar was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave very prompt service. We had a serious flea problem and after assessing the issue, he gave us directions on how to prepare the house before he came. A few days later Zafar called to follow up and made sure there were no fleas. He continued to monitor the situation and returned a second time to repeat with a stronger treatment. Once again he checked in with us to see if there were anymore signs of fleas. There weren't. His price was competitive and the service was excellent. If we have any future pest issues, we will contact him.

And as I kept flipping between web page to web page, my panic level kept increasing. The more I learned about them, the worse my anxiety grew. Thankfully, I was referred to Zafar from ASM Pest Control. He gave me 110% assurance that he will get rid of them. I was worried I would have to get rid of my furniture. Especially as I had purchased a brand new Queen mattress, this would not have been financially feasible. Zafar assured me I would not need to get rid of my furniture. He advised me not to touch anything as he wanted to come and assess the situation and then begin treatment. The entire eradication process took about 4 hours and he even followed up with me 2 weeks later. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and the ease in which Zafar took control of the situation. He knew my panic was at an all-time high so I especially appreciated the time he took to explain the treatment process. Trust me, all you need to do is give Zafar a call from ASM Pest Control. He's so polite and highly informative. I highly recommend!
